Nh Collection Lisboa Liberdade

WOW!!! I can’t say enough about this hotel! I just stayed there for six nights and had an amazing experience. The location is across the street from a metro station and is very central and walking distance to the city centre. Underneath the hotel is an Aldi grocery store along with some restaurants, which is great for people who want to grab things to store in their room. All the personnel I encountered were very helpful, kind, and go out of their way to do anything in their power to help their guests. It is such a welcoming environment and upon arrival you’re greeted with a cold drink, and there are some different treats in the lobby at all times. There is also a rooftop pool and bar that has an awesome view of the city. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t eat there, but I did look at it and it is phenomenal with many choices. also catering to people with different dietary restrictions. If you have any issue at all, the staff addresses the concern and deals with it very quickly. I would love to name all the people I encountered, but there were far too many and it didn’t matter what role they played, they all went out of their way to help, even if it wasn’t within their job description. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this location and it was sad to leave.

What a fabulous hotel. From the second I got there I was greeted with kindness. The staff is amazing and the rooms are incredible. The rooftop is what really sold me on this place though.. one of the most beautiful views of Lisbon. Also the bartenders and other staff are very attractive which is a plus. Definitely check this place out!

Very lovely hotel, well situated in the centre of the city. Carlos on reception was very friendly and helpful. Had a small issue with balcony door which was easily resolved, but “customer service” manageress disagreed with our comment relating to an electrical fault on one of the wall switches. She gave the impression of not believing us, despite us having video evidence. Breakfast staff and rooftop staff were very friendly, and a credit to the hotel, as was Carlos. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

We ended up staying at the NH Hotel due to a stressful flight delay, but the incredible team here turned a difficult situation into a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is fantastic—modernly decorated rooms, top-tier facilities, and excellent attention to detail throughout. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar! It has stunning views, a great swimming pool, and we enjoyed a fantastic dinner there with some seriously delicious burgers. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the staff. We were facing a lot of frustration trying to contact our airline, but the manager, Roi Pereira, stepped in initiatively to offer his help. He personally made several phone calls for us and did everything he possibly could to support us. A huge thank you also to Elaine Coelho and the rest of the friendly, helpful team. Their kindness and dedication during our flight disruption meant the world to us. We are so grateful for their time and help, and we highly recommend this hotel!
