NEYA Lisbon is a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is calm and welcomin and we really appreciated the hotel’s strong focus on sustainability. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel. A wonderful place to stay while exploring Lisbon!

The strict attention to sustainability makes staying here a spartan event. Nice breakfast and friendly staff though. No facial tissue or washcloths in rooms. Cork room keys break easily. No printing boarding passes. I tried to pay a 33.5 euro dinner bill with cash and was told I had to use a card because the front desk could not make change. Really?No vending machines. No ice machines. No paper or Styrofoam cups for coffee to go. Sustainability is taken to the extreme at the cost of guest comfort. May 2026.
Very classy hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, beds comfortable, and the restaurant and bar are fantastic. I really enjoyed the lounge. It was great to come home after venturing through Lisbon to a comfortable sofa chair and grab a drink. The staff is very friendly and the reception is open 24 hours. My team also utilized one of the conference rooms which was exceptionally cozy and well stocked with water and candy! WiFi was great. This is an eco friendly hotel which I really appreciate. I’m only knocking off one star due to some mold on the room water bottle that’s refilled every day (check the inside of the cap and bottle neck) and for some reason the maids wouldn’t replentish the coffee in my room.
The staff where both professional and helpful. My room was comfortable especially as it had a fridge which I wasn't expecting. The bed is comfortable. Ensuite bathroom is a good size. Shower is an excellent size. Breakfast is good with a variety of choice. Orange juice was excellent. I loved the addition of free bikes that can be used by guests. The bar unfortunately has only one beer on tap. Overall a quality hotel that is both comfortable and in a good location. I recommend staying.
