Great place to stay and great location! Staff was super friendly and helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and let us check in early too. Plenty of room inside with a full size bathroom and full size kitchen. I highly recommend to anyone.

The best place to stay in the Lisbon area! First of all, the people who work there are wonderful, very attentive. We had a family suite on the second floor; the place was super clean, everything was perfect: the beds, the view, the clean towels. The breakfast was great; every morning at 9 am they brought us our breakfast, very punctual and always very attentive.

Great location. Close to restaurants and bars but still tucked away from street noise. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive.

All in all a nice place to stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The best hotel staff I have seen anywhere in Portugal by far! The room was large and had all the amenities one could need when staying. If anything was missing, the staff would help get it. With Pastel de nata provided every evening, this felt like a home away from home. Centrally located yet in a quiet neighborhood, everything is around - food, drinks, history, transport. Any time you need help or suggestions, the staff is more than willing to help. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay there again.
