My Story Hotel Figueira

This was my first visit to Portugal, and staying at My Story Hotel Figueira made the experience even more special. The hotel’s location is outstanding. It is within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés, public transportation, and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel was very clean, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They were always happy to assist whenever I needed anything. One of the most memorable moments was the wonderful birthday surprise they prepared for me. I returned to my room to find a beautiful birthday card and a delicious cake waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest, and it added a very special memory to my trip. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent location, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Beautifuly appointed hotel in a very centrally location in Lisbon. Clean spacious room. Welcoming friendly staff. The only complaint we had was the breakfast staff on our 2nd morning were more interested in chatting to each other then looking after guests.

I enjoyed very much staying in this hotel. I gave 5 stars despite several things that may be imporved. I didn't like at all the tv-mirror. I missed an armchair and also wall hooks and unused electrical outlets. Also various nuts in breakfast (there are only several types of seeds).

The hotel is in a great location. We truly enjoyed until the last day when my friend discovered 400 Euros was missing from her things. The body wash dispenser was also empty causing to bathe in shampoo.
