Maxime Boutique Hotel Avenida Da Liberdade

Good location, very close to the train station to sintra. Took 1h from door to door. Best and real soundproof rooms in our stay at Portugal. Very good breakfast. Unique atmosphere because of theme, they have burlesque and other shows during theatre season.

Great location near beautiful Avenida Liberdade. Rooms reminiscent of cinema/theatre/cabaret. Still a venue for Saturday performances. We had a standard double. Chic designed room, compact, clean and very comfortable bed. Excellent air conditioning, needed as heatwave. Negative was lack of wardrobe, there are 6 hangers on a designer rail. Ok for a short stay. No mini bar but very helpful reception said they could chill things for us.. Breakfast was excellent with pastries, bread, ham cheese and cooked bacon, eggs, sausages etc. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times they had a limited but tasty menu so ate out too. Thanks to lovely barman whose name I failed to get for the mojitos and gins. Thanks to Helen who served us warm soya milk at breakfast and filled our water bottles with ice before we went out into the heat. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabaret show is a must. Very entertaining and fun. A special mention goes to the head barman. Who took great care with the art of making a good cocktail. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind, as were all the staff. First rate, you made the stay a memorable one ❤️

A wonderfully located hotel: central, convenient, and just steps away from Rosso train station and two metro lines. The breakfast is generous, varied, and made with great quality ingredients. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff are consistently kind and welcoming. I absolutely recommend staying here. Thanks to the entire Team for a great experience!
