I walked up to check in and was immediately handed an unprompted, free room upgrade: instant green flag. The reception staff was fantastic, and housekeeping operates with near-supernatural efficiency. I’d step out for ten minutes to grab a snack and return to find my room fully reset to showroom condition. Pretty sure they have a team dedicated to watching for whenever I leave my room. The location is ridiculously convenient. It’s so central that I walked everywhere, with almost every key spot just a 5 to 20-minute stroll away. If I ever find myself back in Lisbon, definitely booking here again.

We enjoyed our stay here for 1 night on Sun. 4 Oct. 2026. Our room 307 on the 3rd floor had a small balcony overlooking a pedestrian street full of umbrellas, bars and restaurants. The room was quiet and we did not need to use the ear plugs provided! The location is excellent, we were spoilt for choice of nearby restaurants (we chose Vincent). Carrying luggage up the steps might be a problem for some, but you could ask for service. There is building work on the ground floor and opposite, so during the day might be noisy. The bed was very confortable, and breakfast was excellent.
Nice hotel with very comfortable beds, very good showers, and carrying stuff very close to a lot of tourist attractions. Despite being in the middle of the pink street the rooms are quiet. We were touched by small things like earplugs, which we didn't need but were provided just in case, pastries and liquor at the entrance on afternoon, very helpful staff at the restaurant.
I LOVED my stay here. For a great price, I stayed in an impeccably clean room in a central location, literally above Pink Street, across the street from the train/metro station, and minutes away from so many of the places I wanted to visit. I would stay here again. The light blue colors and balcony gave me a fresh, airy feel which is how I want to feel while vacationing in Europe. I'm glad I decided to ignore the negative reviews about the noise. Maybe I just got lucky because my room was on the 4th floor, but I was not bothered by the noise from Pink Street. I couldn't hear much with my windows closed. I could hear some light noise, of course, but not enough to impact my sleep. So I guess, try to book a room on the 4th or 5th floor. Random specific detail that mattered to ME: the water pressure of the shower and sink were HIGH, which made for a spa-like shower experience. I also loved that the room came with 2 pairs of slippers. No robe though, but it's not a high end hotel, so whatever. Special shout out to the house keeper who came in and cleaned my room while I was away, even though I hadn't out my cleaning request sign on my door. I was pleasantly surprised to come back to a pristine room after traveling all day in Cascais. My ONLY complaint: stairs lead to the entrance. I've never seen or stayed at a hotel with stairs leading to the front entrance. That is problematic when you have luggage (which is everyone) and if you are elderly or disabled. I asked one of the desk attendants, "What do people in wheelchairs do?" His reply: "We help." How??? By CARRYING them up the stairs? Anyway... The hotel is also located on a busy, "no-pickup" street, so Bolt won't go there and Uber probably won't either. You will need to pick-up and drop-off around the corner, but not in front of the hotel. There's a breakfast restaurant conveniently next door, but I did not try it. On my first visit, I couldn't tell which door was for the hotel, so, after lugging all of my luggage (1 suitcase and 2 heavy carry ons) up the stairs, I realized I was at the WRONG door and had to go back downstairs with my luggage and do it all over again next door. Thankfully, an angel from heaven saw me struggling and carried my bag down and back up the stairs for me. So I share this to say be warned, stairs are involved to enter.
Excellent boutique hotel and gem. Short walk to the big plaza right along the water, great views and overall atmosphere; right across the street from the main transport hub, which encompasses trams, trains and buses that can take you to the main attractions within 15 mins. The staff at this hotel is wonderful, super friendly, helpful at every turn, polite and generous. I was checked in at 11 am, without an issue, but assume this is based on availability. Nevertheless, a separate thank you for this. The hotel has an elevator, however, the rooms are not too big, typical of a european layout. There is some noise at night from the club nearby, however, I enjoyed the smooth tones of house music, which made me remember my earlier days. Overall, great place, wonderful staff and good location.
