Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing, despite the lovely staff and excellent breakfast. On the first night, the mattress had a noticeable dip that made it difficult to sleep. I was able to change rooms, which I appreciated. However, the air conditioning did not work for the final two nights. Before the last night, I specifically asked whether it had been repaired and was told it was working at 20% reduced capacity. The room eventually reached 28°C—the same temperature as outside. Only afterwards was it explained that the overall system was operating at reduced capacity, but that the air conditioning in our room was not working at all. We were advised to open the window, but planes passed overhead roughly every two minutes until 11 pm and again from 5 am, making it difficult to sleep with the window open. I received a €70 voucher for the hotel bar as compensation, which I appreciated, but it did not make up for the uncomfortable nights. There was also an issue with a hamburger, which had to be sent back because it was still raw inside. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the problems with the bed and air conditioning significantly affected our comfort and sleep. Clearer communication about the air conditioning would also have been appreciated.

A great base for my first solo trip to Lisbon I stayed at Lux Lisboa Park during my first solo trip abroad, so finding a comfortable hotel in a quiet area was important to me. Overall, I had a very good experience. The service was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. This was definitely the highlight of my stay. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The rooftop swimming pool was also a great addition, especially as it was heated. There were a few minor issues with the condition of the room. For example, one of the floor tiles in the shower was broken, and there were a few other signs of wear and tear that could use some attention. Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel provided a comfortable and peaceful base from which to explore Lisbon, and the excellent service made a particularly positive impression on me. I would consider staying here again.
The hotel is stunning when you initially enter it, and it smells phenomenal. However, the room that I stayed in with my friends was underwhelming. It was relatively small, and the shower was located near the beds, while the toilet and sink were located near the entrance of the room. The shower was not clean; unfortunately, on the rim of the shower, there was grime (dirt) build up. Additionally, the air conditioning worked poorly. We were extremely hot and slept with our portable fans the night that we stayed at the hotel. We were supposed to stay at the hotel longer but decided to check out after one night. Additionally, after checking out, I left my jacket hanging up in the room closet. I contacted the hotel numerous times to get in contact with someone. After, I got in contact with hotel staff members, they informed me that the jacket could not be located. I know for a fact that I left it in the room closet. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
The hotel is neither bad nor really good. The team at the counter does everything possible to cope with the reclamations we and other guests had to claim, but the management has to be much more attentive in order to avoid problems before they occur. Examples: the jacuzzi was out of order when we arrived and had a paper attached saying "we do everything possible to get it back on service as soon as possible" but within the 7 days we stayed, there was no action being taken. Another guest faced a wasp net on his balcony on arrival - how is it possible to not see it while arranging the room? The list goes on...the location is good and the potential of the hotel great but it needs a management which loves their job and pays attention.
It’s located in new town! We were able to use metro to reach out to old town. Also it’s quite central located, walking distance to shopping mall and a big park. Staff members were nice, friendly and helpful! Swimming pool wasn’t bad, However I think 6th floor needs more maintenance. Room; Nice, spacious and they have drinks 🥤 in the fridge for free. They clean rooms everyday, new bedsheet and tap water in the desk unless you don’t want them to do. The AC was moulded, looks like black from outside. That was the only concern for us. Overall our stay 4,5/5
