I am a frequent client of Numa and tried 2 different LSA by Numa in Lisbon now. The beds at LSA are rock hard. I do not understand the fixation of hotel owners with hard mattresses, but this is simply insane. Why? The room is small , because super central and it is clean and nice, I love the check in experience, rest is all good. Please change those mattresses to allow people to actually sleep though.

The room is smaller than you see on ads. The elevator is out of service at all times, so good luck if you have heavy luggages. However, the location was excellent.
The location is great, the rooms are clean, the studio is very very small and not as it looks at the pictures. The bed is for a couple, but not big enough if you are 2 adult friends. The bathroom is wet all over once you take a longer shower. Personal was ok and helped out when there was problems. Check in and price was ok.
I am truly disappointed and frankly, still frustrated by this experience. I absolutely cannot recommend booking here. As a female solo traveler, my safety is paramount, and this accommodation failed completely in supporting me. Like many places in Lisbon, a pre-check-in was required. However, their digital system was not working, leaving me unable to complete it before arrival. When I contacted support, the "solution" they offered was simply to use an unmanned check-in machine once I arrived—in the middle of the night with nobody to contact. This was an immediate non-starter and a huge safety hazard. I pleaded with their support staff to find an alternative solution or, at the very least, allow me to cancel the booking immediately so I could find a safer place for the night. My pleas were completely ignored. I felt utterly stranded and unsupported by their team. Ultimately, I had to book a last-minute hotel elsewhere because I did not feel safe going to this location. Despite their internal system failure being the root cause, they refused to cancel my reservation. It has now been almost six months, and after countless attempts to contact the accommodation, I have not yet received a refund. This isn't just a terrible check-in process; it's a complete failure of customer care and a serious safety concern. Save yourself the stress, the sleepless night, and the money, and book somewhere else.
HORRIBLE horrible check in experience and hidden charge (24 euro) for nothing when you checked in thr machine( you can only check in in machine). By 2:00 checked in time, we did not received our code or any email. Called the number twice, once when we arrived hours before 2pm, once right after 2pm. the lady picked up the phone was useless, unprofessional and not helpful at all. She kept pushing telling up just go inside, open the door there is a machine for checked in. The problem is we don't have access to the door...called again, same answer didn't even bother ask any information. Luckyly, we have to sneaked into the building by follow others then using the phone attached to the machine to ask for check in, a guy picked up the phone quicky and thanksfully he was nice and helpful. To be fair, room is very clean n decent. However, shower run out of hot water quick, and elevator is still broken. One thing I would like to thank is the cleaning crews. You can tell and see there are working hard and did a really good job of keeping the rooms clean. If you have legs problems, don't bother, the elevator is still broken like other comments mentions months ago. If you don't like the ideal of sneaking into building by awkwardly following other when you don't recived the codes or email on time, don't do it.
