Bed bugs infestation, do not stay here. We booked this place for a high price (about €200/night), expecting safety and cleanliness, but it turned out to be a nightmare. After just one hour in the bed, I developed a severe allergic swelling on my face. When we checked the furniture seams, we discovered a massive, active bed bug nest with hundreds of eggs and droppings (see attached photos). My partner has severe food and animal allergies, and staying there was dangerous for his health. We had to flee the property in the middle of the night. The management is extremely irresponsible. Please avoid this place to protect your health and your luggage!

The apartment was good however the system for the codes to get into the building and our apartment room was terrible. The night we checked in they did not send us our codes and we had to wait 40 minutes in the rain until they fixed it. Then two days after they randomly changed the codes without informing us and AGAIN we had to wait another 40 minutes to get it. The next day our neighbors had the same problem and they did not have phone service so we had to help them and AGAIN they took 40 minutes to fix it for them. It was a disaster

We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment on the top floor. Everything was great, luckily we didn't see any cockroaches. We even accidentally blocked the safe, but when we called them, a very sweet, professional lady came and helped us. The location is great, right on the famous 28th line. Although it's very close to the bars, it's not on a bar street, so there's not much noise. I definitely recommend it.

If I could, I would have cancelled the apartment when I arrived there. There were Cockroaches running around on the kitchen table and in the bathroom. I felt sick there and had to stay. The furnitures and decorations in the apartment is only the standard of two star hotel. I was shocked to see that. The apartment’s location is good but the entrance is blocked by car and garbage bins. Then the workers from the phone and WhatsApp were not friendly. Most people in Lisbon we met were friendly but not the customers service people for this apartment.
