I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. On the first day, when we entered our room, we found the door open; there was even an open bottle of water that someone had already drunk from. Furthermore, after reporting the incident to the relevant staff, they did nothing to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, when they came to clean the room today, they forgot to remove the hair from the floor (which, in all likelihood, wasn't even ours). Finally, they took away the cleaning products we had personally bought to clean the room ourselves, given its appalling state of cleanliness.
Really happy with this. Was very quiet. Easy walk to the centre. Cleaners come every day. Had a fridge and cutlery etc. King sized bed. Crib was there on request (we messaged again day before as we saw someone say they requested and it wasn’t). Was perfect for couple and a baby in the double room and our two friends in the single beds which were down the hall. But on the last night the air con didn’t work in the single bedroom. When you put the front door code in, there is no sound that the door has opened, you just push it. Next to a spa supermarket, a McDonald’s and some restaurants.
Apartments are nice just need to be a little more flexible with cancellation. We book a group of rooms and my son caught COVID five days before the flight so we had to cancel his room but the Apartments management was unwilling to give him credit for a future visit. Just unrealistic when you deal with tourists and am unhappy I had to pay for an empty room which they could have rented very easily with five days notice.
Excellent apartment with loads of charm. Staff were amazing and easy to deal with. Location was perfect for accessing everything we wanted to see in walking distance. Would recommend to friends and we cannot wait to stay there again.
There is someone on staff during the day but no reception desk. The location is pretty good. The apartment was clean and for an apartment in Europe, it had some open space. The apartment has a frig / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop and oven. These units are not user friendly to Americans so get out your phone and use Google translate. My suggestions are to add some type of storage unit or shelving in the bathroom and additional storage in the bedroom, part of the closet houses the hot water heater. We had no place to store our luggage. The sink is pedestal, and there is no place to put your toiletries or even your toothbrush. I would definitely stay at this property again. The staff person was very helpful.
