Wow wow wow! 1000/10! 5-star service. Everyone has been so kind since we checked-in one week ago. The service has been amazing, the room/location is beautiful. I can’t recommend it enough! We had booked through Expedia packages and do not regret. Obrigata for everything! Until next time!

Hotel Santa Justa was fabulous! ❤️ To begin with, we were pleasantly surprised by the little “gifts” from the hotel every day of our stay. On our first day, we were greeted with delicious Pastéis de Nata and a bottle of Port. On the second day, we received a little bottle of olive oil along with a tin of sardines, such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Our 9-year-old even received his own toothbrush and toiletries set, which we thought was absolutely adorable. It’s the little details like these that make a hotel stay feel special. Nuno, Ricardo and the Reception team were always so waem and wonderful. The location is superb, just off Rossio Station and right in the heart of the busy Praça area. We were within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and cafés, so we hardly needed to think about transport. This was the final hotel of our hectic 15-day trip across Spain and Portugal, and honestly, it was the perfect place to end our journey. After two busy weeks of sightseeing and moving around, the comfort, convenience and little personal touches at Hotel Santa Justa were exactly what we needed. A wonderful stay and definitely one of our favourites from the trip! ✨
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Justa and could not have asked for a better experience in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. to name a few - Antonio, Nadiya, Igor, Phillipe, Nada. What stood out most was that the hospitality never felt scripted or transactional — there was a warmth and thoughtfulness throughout our stay that made a real difference. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lisbon and within walking distance of so much, yet our room was comfortable, quiet and a perfect place to come back to after a full day exploring. The breakfast was excellent, the complimentary minibar was a great touch, and the food at Restaurante Elevador was also outstanding. We were travelling as a family with our young son, and the kindness, patience and care shown toward him meant more to us than the staff probably realized. Everyone made us feel comfortable and included, and there were several thoughtful little gestures during our stay that we will remember long after the trip. What really makes this hotel special is its people. Beautiful hotels can be found in many cities, but genuine hospitality is much harder to find. Hotel Santa Justa gave us both. This was our first visit to Lisbon, and this hotel became a wonderful part of our memories of the city. Five stars without hesitation. We would absolutely stay here again.
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Nima for her exceptional room service. She always made sure that my room was perfectly clean, tidy, and cared for with great attention to every detail. She carried out her work with professionalism, dedication, and genuine care, always ensuring that everything was comfortable and welcoming. Her kindness, warm smile, and commitment to providing excellent service truly made a difference during my stay. Thanks to her hard work and thoughtful attention, my stay was even more relaxing and enjoyable. I am sincerely grateful for everything she did and truly appreciate her outstanding service. Thank you, Nima, for making my experience so comfortable and memorable. The only small point I would like to mention is that the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. At times, it was possible to hear noise and conversations from neighboring rooms. Improving the soundproofing would make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
We stayed at this hotel for five nights and booked two rooms. The staff was wonderful! Everyone we encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff—was friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's location is also excellent. We felt safe both in the surrounding area and inside the hotel. It can be a bit noisy at night, but we were so tired from the time change that we slept through it without any issues. The breakfast was very good. The hotel also made an effort to provide thoughtful touches, such as traditional pastries, small bottles of Porto wine, and olive oil. We also appreciated the minibar. Although we're mostly a water-drinking family, it was nice to have the option of beer, soda, or juice. I gave this hotel a 3-star rating because of the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. After traveling from another country and dealing with a significant time difference, getting quality sleep was especially important to us. Unfortunately, the sheer curtains let in a lot of light, and the blackout curtains were not working, making it difficult to sleep once the sun came up. The floors were also quite dirty. My son's socks were black after walking around the room at night. I accidentally spilled some juice and, when I cleaned it up, I was surprised by how dirty the paper towels became. Since the flooring is gray, it's difficult to tell how clean it actually is. The shower also needs a more thorough cleaning, as there was a noticeable buildup of mold. On a positive note, the sink, toilet, and bed were all clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. Overall, this hotel has an outstanding staff, a great location, and several thoughtful amenities. However, the issues with room cleanliness and the non-functioning blackout curtains significantly affected our comfort and sleep, which is why I rated it 3 stars.
