I reserved a room at this hotel for 5 days, and was so glad I did. The service and help from the staff was excellent. The breakfast, made to order with all kinds of choices- was plentiful and delicious, better than any 5 star hotel I’ve been to. It was clean, the beds were great, it has an elevator and great AC and internet. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! A plus- the famous pastais de Nate ( not sure I spelled it correctly) the pastry that everyone wants to try was offered with every breakfast. They were delicious. Thanks to all the staff who gave us a wonderful experience!
At the top of a hill! Which means you will feel the trek every time you walk back, but it's well worth it. Great place to stay with quick access to amenities in all directions.
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is small and very well located—you can reach the center of Lisbon in 15 minutes.
All the staff were very friendly and professional 😊. When we arrived, the receptionist gave us a very detailed explanation of what to do in the city, along with many useful tips 👌
The room had three small single beds, so we had to move two of them together to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was very spacious and clean.
The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. It was à la carte, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. They even served prosecco 🍾
If I return to Lisbon one day, I would definitely stay at this hotel again 😊.
We had a nice 1 night stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location is great - so close to shopping, restaurants and public transport.
This is an older hotel, but it is clean and we had a great night's sleep. I imagine upgrades will come with time, bit for the time being, it's clean safe and comfortable.
Breakfast was made to order and really good.
Perfect location and staff very friendly. Breakfast was really big and very good also the chef speaks 7 different languages and he is very friendly. The hotel is really close to everything in town and we always walked everywhere with my friend. The hotel is a bit old so I wouldn't say it's a 4 star hotel but it was very clean. The location was perfect, we always walked and we never took a bus to go anywhere as you can walk everywhere from the hotel.
