Hotel 3k Barcelona

A fantastic spot to stay in Lisbon. Close to train station and a lot of public transit. No AC was my only issue but it was fine. I enjoyed the rooms and the service.

Low-end hotel, worn bedding and towels, really stained carpets in the rooms, air conditioning that barely works, extremely small bathroom, very poor customer service, I do not recommend this hotel

Looks like this hotel has been recently updated. Looks nice. When we checked in the afternoon, crew wasn’t very inviting. The morning crew was a lot better smiles and pleasant. Breakfast was great, location is awesome, especially if you need to get to the airport in the morning. Bed and sheets were very comfy.

I'll start with good news. Location is perfect- near metro, parks and a lot of restaurants. Breakfasts were good - amount, options, quality etc. But hotel itself is very old abd requires proper renovation. We were missing sockets, there were only 2 of those. Room was not properly cleaned before we arrive, hairdryer was not working, shower was also made of some fixed tube and was not comfortable, also hairdryer itself was some kind oily. I am pretty sure I asked the hotel before one week if we could arrive a bit earlier and they replied that it might be possible but depends on availability, but in the end no one has replied and when we arrive 2h before stuff just said you have to wait anyway. OK to stay, but hotel is overpriced.
