Location is good, service is good, I requested a higher floor room over 4 months ago and get a M level room, which is just a few stairs above reception, the reason is because my twin bed request which I don’t believe they can’t accommodate for this reason.The room is noisy and I can hear people talking from my neighbour and people walking upstairs. It’s ok if you stay short period of time and don’t mind the noise. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
Great hotel, kept our luggage in while we went around and explored, at no additional cost. The breakfast was truly amazing and they even had lemon water and cakes at reception. The staff was so kind, I went to the rooftop where all I wanted was some fresh lemonade. They didn’t have it in the menu and still made it for me! 🥹
In my opinion, the hotel really worth staying. We payed around 100€ for 1 night stay during Rock in Lisboa. The hotel is very well located, just about 25 mins using the red metro line from the Oriente station. Room was clean, ladies at the reception were nice, it was pretty calm/silent and the view from the room was very nice. Definitely going to return.
Had a great stay at Hills Hotel Lisboa. The room was very clean, modern, and really well presented, exactly what you want when you’re coming back after a long day out. The reception and bar staff were genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. Big shoutout to the terrace as well, the views are insane and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Housekeeping was on point. The room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, and everything like toiletries and toilet roll was consistently replenished without needing to ask. Location wise, it’s spot on. Getting around Lisbon was super easy using Bolt, so no stress with transport at all. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but it was available for €10 per person. We ended up eating out instead, there’s a café just around the corner that does amazing food, and since it was more of a leisure trip, we wanted to explore different spots anyway. We booked through a third party and got a really competitive price, so the value for money was spot on, it definitely hits that low-end luxury feel without the high-end price tag. We did order room service on our first night as we arrived late. The menu was quite limited, but the burger was actually very good and did the job perfectly after travelling. Overall, a really solid stay, clean, comfortable, great views, and in a perfect location.
It is really a disappointment from A to Z. A group of English men were screaming all night and smashing doors and the guy at the reception didn‘t do anything about this and even sold them more beer. The second night the same guys had a party on the roof. Six other guests went up there with us in pyjamas and the drunk crowd, where one of them said they are kids, didn’t stop, all drunk. The receptionist said they were allowed to do that until midnight. He couldn‘t care less and was just sitting in his seat at the reception, unbothered. After that still noise and at 4am one of them was shouting again to wake up one of his friends outside of the door. If you want to order water, the answer is, to go downstairs and they will refill the bottle with filtered water. Bathroom situation unbearable, if you go to the bathroom and switch on the light also the room will have light and you‘ll wake up your partner. The bathroom has no ventillation system - no comment. Restaurant is only for breakfast. We ordered a double bed and got two separate beds. Don’t take the breakfast. It is a desaster. Look at the pictures. Taken at 9:30am. Nothing is fresh. Really a scam. All in all for sure not a 4 star hotel. Never again.
