Hermitage Castelo - Casa Saint Jorge

Location ist extremely good to explore Alfama and the neighborhood is surprisingly quiete at night. The Appartment itself is lovely with a comfy bed and separated toilet and showerroom (good drain). However, 170€ is not super cheap, which is why i am rating the following two points a little harsher than I would for a cheaper price: 1. The House itself hast very thin walls. You can hear everything happening in the other Appartments and the hallway. 2. The need to install an extra Key App is quite annoying. This has nothing to do with digitalization but outsourcing something to the clients which should be service by the host. Overall, still 5 Stars (but was thinking about only 4)

Casa Saint Jorge was everything we expected. The Alfama area is spectacularly beautiful. The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean with a nice view of the river. The location is right next to the castle with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and responsive. We loved it!

Our stay at the Hermitage Castelo was wonderful experience. Our apartment was lovely and clean, and a great location near the restaurants, shops, & the cruise port. We were greeted warmly by the staff and connected us with the transfer company form the airport and to the cruise terminal.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment-style hotel. It was extremely comfortable and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it feel just like home. Everything was cleaned to perfection every day, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The free laundry service was a great bonus, and they even provided special towels for the beach. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful — we slept so well every night. Right across from the building there’s a lovely playground with a beautiful view, and peacocks wandering around everywhere, which our children absolutely loved. The river view from our window was picture-perfect. We truly enjoyed our time in Lisbon, and this place made it even more special. Thank you!
