We stayed at Hermitage Castelo during our Lisbon visit. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. It is well-maintained, spacious and tastefully decorated. The daily housekeeping is a plus and the staff is very responsive. From the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms- those met and even exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for tourists, as it is near the main road for Bolt/Uber rides; near transits; restaurants and cafes. It is a nice and safe neighborhood. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect place to stay for a short trip in Lisbon. Great location and truly stunning apartment. The staff provided such excellent service and went the full mile – offering free beach towels if you were planning to go to the beach, providing free coffee / milk / water in the kitchen, showing how to use the AC... This is without a doubt one of the best places I've ever stayed on holidays. If I return to Lisbon in the future I know exactly where I'll be staying!

Dear Google Community, Please see below my review of the room . Service: friendly and attentive Location: excellent, good transport links and near many sites and restaurant and bars. Room: we stayed on the first floor from 20 December until 26 December 2024. The room itself was fine, modern appliances and comfortable bed. It is an old building the walls are thin and sometimes we could hear people walking around on other floors. The shower was great. My only issue was with the temperature of the room, despite having an in built heater and control panel which we set to 24 degrees Celsius the room temperature was not ever above 15 degrees indoors. During the night it was very cold. We mentioned the issue to the staff and they brought someone and manually adjusted the temperature maximum to 25 degrees. It didn’t really do much. My suggestion to the hotel is to fix the heating situation in that room immediately. Some of our relatives staying upstairs on the top floor has no issues with their heating. Others staying on same floor as us complained about the cold and were brought portable heaters, which was helpful. Apart from that it was fine.

An amazing apartment (stayed in 2 bed apt 4 on the top floor). Very well equipped and super comfortable and modern. Air conditioning works very well. Nothing to fault. Location is also excellent - several great local breakfast spots on the road, local coffee shop opposite and food shops. 10 minute walk to Time Out food market. Owners, Bernardo and Sonia super helpful and friendly - made good recommendations and helped us with a few other matters. Would 100% recommend. We were a family of 4 (two teenage sons - one stayed on sofa bed in lounge area and it was super comfortable). As others have said there are steps up to the first floor and then a lift to the top which worked well.
