Epic Sana Lisboa Hotel

It's a lovely place to stay in Lisbon with smart, modern stylish, well thought out. Near to a good shopping centre and a longer walk to Avenida. Spa is very zen and tranquil - but only after childrens hours which is important to know. Staff polite and helpful. Rooftop pool area is also nice; pool is not heated, more for cooling off than swimming. lounger service at rooftop with qr ordering .. but snack food is rather pricey. Breakfast delicious and varied. Plenty of bottled water in room provided daily which is a nice touch which loads of hotels seem to disregard nowadays. Chocolates every day in room; a lovely touch much appreciated. Only negative was the bathroom which has a wall with a blind instead of a proper wall which felt a bit odd - but that is down to the designers! All in all a good city stay; would go back.

Great stay at EPIC SANA! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with a great selection and plenty of options. The parking was also really good, especially by European standards—easy and convenient. The location is not bad at all, and once you get familiar with the city and how to get around, it actually works very well. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent breakfast, clean rooms, and convenient parking. Definitely a good choice in Lisbon!

I can confidently say that this is, by far, one of my top three favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional service and the way the staff treats every guest. Everyone was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious, comfortable, and high-quality rooms. And to put the icing on the cake, the rooftop pool was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking view of the city of Lisbon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. It’s truly an experience worth having!

We ended up stuck in Lisbon due to transportation strike and stayed here. Overall a great experience. Definitely not the top of 5 star hotel but the staff was friendly, it was clean, and the rooftop pool and view were wonderful. We also got in early so we changed in the spa and it looked beautiful with a lot of amenities! If we were staying longer, I would absolutely check it out!
