It's a 5 star hotel... technically. In reality I wouldn't call it a world class hotel - you'll mostly see tour groups and business travelers. Very poor soundproofing, at least in my room. I could hear every sound from my neighbors. The shower setup is terrible - only half a fixed piece of glass so the bathroom floods if you run the shower at full power (but the water pressure is nice). Tiny gym, small infrared co-ed sauna. The welcome pastries and juice were very nice. Breakfast is okay. Very limited selection, but the pasteis de nata were plentiful and delicious.

Just honestly 10/10. The guest relations manager, Cristina Sargento, is a godsend. From the communications in the weeks leading up to the stay, she was patient and perfect with our requests so everything was smooth sailing. Whatever she is earning, PAY HER DOUBLE The service of her and her team was perfect. Even upon leaving, a beautiful message was left for us with a bit of wine and that just added to our occasion. I would strongly recommended booking a room with a river view, it is the definition of picturesque. All the amenities worked and the breakfast was great too. The whole service of our stay was utter perfection and I can’t thank Cristina and all the staff at Dom Pedro enough. Typically, I wouldn’t stay in the same hotel twice as I love exploring, but this would be my hotel of choice every time I would visit Lisbon in the future. To all the staff members of Dom Pedro Lisboa, MUITO OBRIGADO x
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It has fairly recently been taken over by the radism group, and this has dramatically improved the service. The hotel was always very nice, but with the expertise of the radison group, this is now truly one of the best hotels in lisbon. These staff were extremely professional, and I have excellent housekeeping throughout my weeklong stay. I only eat breakfast in the hotel, but it was particularly good. However, for some bizarre reason, they only have small, cheap packets of salt and peppa, and do not have proper shakers and grinders. One minor grievance is the very, very limited executive lounge, which is really just a small room with some chairs. A fridge with some drinks in it and a few snacks.
At this hotel all service was excellent. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious with a fantastic view of Lisbon. Breakfast had lots of variety, great for everyone, and the quality of products was amazing. On top of that, the hotel was close to most of the touristic attractions in town. We will definitely return
We typically stay in hotels about three times a year, and one of those trips is usually abroad. Going in, we didn't know quite what to expect from Dom Pedro Lisboa beyond what we'd seen in photos and reviews; however, we quickly realized that the reviews didn't do the hotel justice. It's a well-maintained property with friendly, helpful staff, and the location is excellent: reasonably close to the airport and nearby a large shopping mall with high-end shops and a range of restaurants. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom was immaculate. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! If and when we return to Lisbon, Dom Pedro Lisboa will be the first place on our list.
