LOVE this hotel. Mostly because of the staff. Every one of them was soooo genuinely friendly and helpful. It feels like a family environment. The location is perfect. My superior room was huge and gorgeous. It’s a very happy and well run place
A historic building, a central location and a home feel, this hotel satisfy all my purposes in Lisbon. A few more highlights to impress: staff are so warm and helpful. Linens are very clean. Breakfast is really fresh and tasty. Will call again if I visit this beautiful city next time.
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. The best thing about the hotel though is the exceptional hospitality demonstrated by the whole team. In particular Catarina - she is so incredibly welcoming. Full of knowledge about the local area and she gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations. We look forward to staying here again!
Lovely converted palace with a boutique feel. Huge rooms, comfortable beds with modern bathrooms. Stunning ceilings! No elevators, but the staff were helpful in taking our bags upstairs/downstairs. The complementary breakfast is lovely and the reception and staff are very warm and accommodating. The air-conditioning in the rooms was great… and a respite from the heat wave. The location is very convenient and central. There are some bars in the same square that played music until 10 PM but it wasn’t too loud and we were on the first floor. Great value for the price.
An excellent place to stay for a few unforgettable days! My wife and I stayed here on 26 June. The hotel has a great charm and a lovely, exclusive atmosphere. It is located very centrally, close to the metro and several tourist attractions. Yes, it’s an old building with thin walls, you can hear any other guest on the floor. All the staff, but especially those at reception, were extremely friendly and attentive – striking the perfect balance between a personal touch and professional discretion. The rooms were cleaned every day “down to the last speck of dust“ ☺️. Particularly worth mentioning: The exquisite breakfast, which offered something new every single day. If we ever come back to Lisbon, this is the only place we’ll stay!
