Good, just not special. Rooms are very small but functional. Air Conditioning did not cool the room, even in the nighttime. Beds were very low and stiff. The morning staff took our security very seriously. They made sure we would not be bothered as we boarded our early morning Bolt to the airport.

The room itself was clean, but I could hear every little thing from the neighbors—doors opening and toilets flushing throughout the night. The staff were unprofessional and completely unhelpful; even after I asked to switch rooms a few times, they wouldn't do anything for us. Our view was just a row of empty, half-damaged houses, which was pretty depressing. To top it off, when I asked for an iron, they told me I had to go down to reception, pay a 20€ cash deposit, and sign paperwork just to get one. It definitely didn't feel like a 4-star hotel experience.
Okay hotel in a more quite area of Lisbon... Not highend but reasonable for the price. At arrival the receptionist wasn't the most friendly and he wasn't accommodating throughout our nine days stay... The rooms are fine, good AC and comfortable beds.. Breakfast buffet okay, but nothing special... To be improved: hospitality training for the staff, maintenance on the rooms and general hotel area, larger selection in the breakfast buffet, better coffee maybe a barista in the bar for breakfasts and freshly squeezed juice would make it much more delicious 🤤
Never got the chance to stay at the hotel, but we truly appreciate the help from the staff. Excellent and professional service from the hotel crew and team. The staff were very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our communication. We truly appreciate their great hospitality and customer service. Highly recommended!
Incredibly happy with my stay and the dinner I had here. Before my stay began, the hotel let me store my big luggage free of charge for 5 days when I traveled to Madeira (i just emailed asking). The receptionist, Veronica, was super friendly. I came back got my luggage everything was good and decided to try out the food. Restaurant wasn’t busy and my food came out quick maybe 10-15 minutes. Had the salmon with black risotto and passion fruit. The salmon was cooked perfectly, risotto with squid ink was flavourful. Blew me away and was affordable (also got a 20% coupon on foo). The location is not in downtown but I would come back to stay here, it’s still easily accessible to downtown and the airport.
