An absolute disaster. I booked 3 nights here through Booking.com. When I arrived, I was suddenly asked to pay an additional €70 cleaning fee through a link, even though this fee was never mentioned anywhere. Only after paying was I sent the access code. The whole process took about an hour, which I had to spend outside on the street in front of the apartment in the evening. Since this extra fee was never disclosed anywhere, it feels like a scam to me. After entering the apartment, I noticed that the bed sheets had already been used. Even though I reported it and was promised that they would be changed, nothing happened. On top of that, the entire apartment was very dirty and in a run-down condition.

The only advantage of this Apartment is that it is quite central. The apartment we had is in need of renovation. Unfortunately you couldn't open any windows as there was a very smelly odor coming in, in general the building stank. It wasn't very clean either, the WLAN didn't work and all the sockets didn't work either. I also can't say whether the towels that were offered were clean.
We spent 6 days on a business trip in apartment 3E on the third floor. There's no elevator in the building - not a downside, just a note. The apartment needs some renovation, re-painting the walls and pretty much everything inside is worn out. Not luxury, not really miserable, but needs renovations. One of the showers was broken and one of the bathrooms door could not be closed, and it took the owner(s) like 2 days of messaging to fix these, but eventually these were fixed before the end of our stay. On the floors some kind of cheap laminated flooring which is squeaky ... That's my fourth time in Lisbon (in an airbnb/apartment) for the past 5 years and this place is the worst i've been to. The area is really noisy, i mean - really really noisy, especially in the weekends, because it's located just next to the pink street and all the bars. Also there is 24/7 traffic jams at the roundabout in front of the building, cars beeping nonstop etc. I am a heavy sleeper and still with the windows closed i woke up at least 2 times per night because of the noise outside. The location is quite fine, close to pretty much everything, with a bit of uphill walking to Bairro Alto area.
Good option if you need to stay a week in lisbon. Had this apartment for a business trip. Sometimes during the night it's a bit loud but still okay.
Great self catering apartments close to the metro and some interesting places. The staff is helpful and we were in touch even before we landed in Lisbon. Recommend!
