From check in right through our stay all was fantastic. Carlos was warm, welcoming & very helpful with lots of local tips & suggestions. Everyone working here was great. Our room was gorgeous with lovely views over the rooftops. The location was perfect for our first time in Lisbon. Thank you.

A gem of a hotel, perfectly situated for the city centre. On arrival we were greeted by Carlos who gave us great advice and directions for our trip. A big shout out to Cyril who gave us great local knowledge, they're both great ambassadors for the hotel. The room was really nice with great views. All in all a definite 5 star stay, thanks again

We were a family of 7 staying here and had a wonderful stay. The 2 rooms in the 4th floor that they assigned us gave us privacy and access to each other, making our stay more comfortable. The front desk staff are all attentive and helpful, they made us feel welcome and supported. It's a great central location for tourists - lots of dining options, just next door to public elevators, must-see sites and convenience shops. Thank you for a memorable stay!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable and memorable. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast each morning — always fresh, satisfying, and the perfect way to start the day. Every detail of our experience reflected the care and dedication of the team. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.
