We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The hotel itself is very beautiful and has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They always responded quickly and kindly to any requests or questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very delicious. Although the selection was relatively small, it was absolutely sufficient and offered good quality. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add labels to the food items so that guests know exactly what they are eating. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Clear recommendation!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Casa do Bairro in early June 2026. From the beginning the staff was very warm and welcoming. We also found the staff to be competent professionals who possessed a capacity for problem solving the likes of which should be the envy of every hotel in Lisbon. The staff truly went above and beyond. One such instance was when my girlfriend came down with food poisoning. The staff was able to contact a local doctor service that made house calls and afterwards, played an active role in her recovery, inquiring regularly to see how see was progressing. The hotel itself is situated in a nice part of town close to nearby attractions. The staff are ready and willing to help with recommendations and see that your time in Lisbon is a memorable one. The hotel is clean and modern. You will not regret your stay at Casa do Bairro, and we will happily stay there again when we return to Lisbon.

The hotel staff were so nice and helpful our room had everything that you would expect from a city hotel. The breakfast was fresh each morning with a great selection of hot and cold foods. They also cooked eggs to your taste. The location was ideal to simply walk to most sights along with plenty of restaurants very near by. Again, the staff were very knowledgeable on the tourist questions and very happy to share their local expertise. Would recommend this small boutique hotel for a long weekend to explore Lisbon.
