Great hotel, fantastic room (suite) the bed was huge and so was the bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly, also great location. It did get a bit lively outside early evening but quietened down at night and enjoyed uninterrupted sleep. The only downside is the number of homeless in the area.

It’s a nice hotel in a good location, but the noise at night is truly awful. The rooms don’t seem soundproofed at all, and I could hear everything in the hallway, and above me from the other rooms. Additionally, the rooms on the right side of the hotel face a very busy street, and I could hear sirens, music, yelling until very early in the morning. In contrast with the Blue Liberdade where I ended up staying, it was a pretty tough night of sleep.
Best thing about this hotel is the location. You can walk to the train and metro stations easily, as well as lots of (mediocre, tourist-trap) food, and pickup points of local hop-on-hop-off services. FLH stands for "feels like home", and these are the ways it does feel like home: - the same breakfast every day (we stayed 6 nights) - no luggage racks in the room for luggages - hairs on the floor cleaned once every few days - mattress sunken in and gives an achy back if slept in too long - hot showers - strong and reliable wifi These are the ways it doesn't feel like home - hearing people talking loudly outside your window late into the nights - hearing people stomping on the stairs just outside your room before 7am - lovely snacks from 2pm onwards at the lobby - unable to control the temperature in the room - toilet seat always clacking when you make the slightest movement Staff were professional and helpful. I might have been more apprehensive if I had been traveling solo because of unique characters that are always present right outside of the hotel. We did witness some possibly concerning behavior from the community there, but it is somewhat common at most city centers in Europe. Would we return? No compelling reason to, but it wasn't a terrible stay.
I booked a Deluxe Double Room for two and overall had a really good stay. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Lisbon, with a metro station literally steps away, which made getting around very easy. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated with a stylish boutique vibe. Breakfast had a good selection and everything felt fresh. A few small downsides: the bathroom was on the smaller side, there was a slight amount of mold in the shower grout, and there’s no extractor fan. The rooms are also not very soundproof. I could hear outside noise and some hallway activity. Even with those minor issues, I would definitely stay here again because of the service and location.
The location is excellent, close to the metro station and major attractions. We had a very pleasant stay. We chose a slightly larger room which is a penthouse. It requires walking up one extra flight of stairs after taking the lift, but we were very happy with the room size. The room was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We also appreciated the handwritten welcome card. Breakfast is served in the lobby, which is beautifully decorated with plenty of natural light and a spacious layout. It really gave us a great start to the day.
