It is not at the city centre where most attractions are but you may take uber or taxi, the surrounding are safe and quiet. The room was so spacious and clean and there is a mini kitchen although I didn't make use of it. The cleaners made up the room properly everyday. Just bring a plug converter with you as the room use EU 2 pins plugs.
A good option for anyone looking for a spacious apartment in a central location in Lisbon. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, and the apartment was clean, and offered plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Note that this is an apartment-style property rather than a full-service hotel. Facilities such as the gym and breakfast are available at the nearby Altis Grand Hotel for an additional charge, which is good to know before booking. Enjoy 😎
Great support from Cristina and Gonçalo at the front desk for all things related to the room, reservations, and recommendations. The room is very functional, clean and well equipped. Location is very practical and close to the public transit. Room decor is a bit dated, that is my only negative. Overall great stay !

Really, truly beautiful stay at the Altis. All the staff were lovely, and very helpful. Their most affordable room, which we stayed in, is still better than the best at most other hotels. We had so much space with our 6 year old and we got sooo much value for money. Location could not have been better (if you like being close to the hustle and bustle but not in it). Honestly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well as the service. Thanks a lot, we’ll be back! Just outside the hotel, was the filming of a soap opera. That was an intriguing to watch.
