We just wanted to say a big thank you. We've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world, and honestly, this one had the best service by far!!!!! First time in Lisbon and what a wonderful hotel. Staff are very friendly and attentive. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wide variety of breakfast which is delicious. Special shout out to David and Ines for all the help they gave us throughout our stay. Some lovely touches given also. We will be back!
We had the most amazing experience when we stayed with our 4 year old this March. From the moment we entered the property we were greeted and our son was addressed as well. He was given activities and was remembered by name throughout our stay. The manager and assistant manager take great pride in their hotel and it shows. We stayed in the family suite which was incredibly well stocked every evening, and very comfortable. Nap times were a breeze with two actual bedrooms and the daily treats upon return to the room after our daily excursions were a thoughtful touch. The room was always clean, it was quiet and we felt exceptionally well taken care of. It was also in a great and safe location that was highly walkable. The daily breakfasts had variety and there was enough to please a toddler which says enough. Would highly recommend for families traveling.
My wife and I were celebrating our 19th wedding Anniversary. We chose this hotel because of the Candle Light concert which was held there. As it turned out it was the perfect spot for an all inclusive weekend: Music, fine dinning in the roof-top resturant, a near perfect room and to top it all off, the staff surpised us with a bottle of champaigne on ice waiting in our room. The customer service was exceptional, smiles all-around. No request was hindered. Thank you for a memorable weekend and we look forward to another stay in the future. We had a wonderful stay at the Altis Hotel in Lisbon and were lucky to get a beautiful room once again. This was not our first visit — we have stayed here several times already, and every single time we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Especially Claudia Sousa and the other ladies at the reception were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and genuinely warm-hearted. Thank you so much for another great experience. We truly appreciate it and hope to be back again very soon!
