We travel every few months and stay in hotels around the world, this is up there with the best we’ve ever stayed in for a city break.
It does the simple well. Clean, safe as you’d expect and in a great location. All faultless. What I particularly like is the little extras. Free snacks in the room, coffee machine in the room and free unlimited coffee machine in reception. Nice touch for a morning coffee or before popping out. Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. Robes and slippers, great rainfall shower.
Henrique a particular star. Very friendly on check out. All staff great to be fair and very friendly and warm.
All in all 10/10. Faultless
If you want a clean bed and nothing else, this is the place for you. The rooms themselves are clean, but the bathroom and other areas clearly show poor construction quality, cheap finishes and details that don’t hold up to any real scrutiny.
Beyond that, the hotel amenities were essentially nonexistent during our stay. The rooftop bar was closed, the restaurant was closed, and breakfast was nowhere to be found despite being a hotel that presumably offers it. It’s a pretty pathetic excuse for a hotel, and I’d bet they barely scrape by with a 4-star rating. Would not recommend and would not return.
Most front desk agents wont even acknowledge you with a hello, lol… crazy.
I want to thank these guys immensely, as I left two expensive watches under my pillow and then traveled up north and forgot them until the next day!
They found the and put them in the safe for me. What more can one ask.
The rooms were great. Great bathrooms and excellent area for walking the main attractions.

Super clean hotel, patient and helpful staff. Depending on booking it might be overpriced due to simplicity or just right if you take the upgraded rooms otherwise, just a room and lobby. But its reliable with ideal location and amazing service. Very comfortable beds, but all rooms seem to come in 1 bed! Very comfortable bed however.
We have very mixed feelings about our stay.
The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, metro etc. We did not find reception staff very friendly at check-in, especially in comparison to other 4 ⭐️ hotels we did expect a bit more. There is a black colour theme to this hotel… everywhere! Our room was very comfortable, the bed especially, the linen clean, soft and smelling wonderful. Our room did not look out upon the streets but to the back of the hotel, however there were so many food vents (5?)there so no fresh air but food smells if you want the windows open. The shower in the bathroom was magnificent, great supply of hot water. Nice comfortable towels. We rarely heard our neighbours or those above us during our stay, not even the plumbing! Nice and quiet in this aspect. There is a coffee machine in the room where you can make an Nespresso type coffee (no milk). No kettle or tea bags. There was one complementary water available on the day of arrival. There is a bar fridge available. Downstairs in the lobby is complimentary make your own coffee and pour a small glass of water.
A note to housekeeping. Always knock, wait, knock again before voicing your entry. I didn’t like being caught literally with my pants down upon their entry looking for a fellow staff member. Yes we did inform the front desk, filled out a paper form in duplicate but never heard another thing.
The room was cleaned daily.
Breakfast was served from 7:40-10:40 each day. All European breakfast types are covered, with a self service buffet. We enjoyed our breakfast, not the coffee though.
