Transfer From The Airport To The Hotel Or Hotel-airport!!

Great driver and very friendly and professional. He waited for us throughout our entire process of going to customs and picking up our luggage’s. Great customer service and very reliable.

Karen was on time, highly professional and got us there in plenty if time, picking us up and dropping us off seamlessly

The communication leading up to pickup was excellent. Once we met up with him there was a language barrier as we don’t speak Spanish and he didn’t speak English. The part that made this not a great experience is because the driver was obviously tired and sleepy during this ride. His eyes kept dropping. Initially it said it would take 35mins to our hotel. The route we took seemed like a local route. We had a late flight and would have thought that he would have taken a more direct route. We went down empty bumpy streets. 20mins into the ride I decided to turn on my own GPS and it said we were still 38mins away from the hotel. I followed along for about 5mins before I realized that he was definitely taking an overly extended route. He was missing exits and turns. I then put my GPS navigation on speaker and he then seem to follow my GPS and suddenly we went from 30mins to being only a few minutes out. Once we got to the hotel he stayed in the vehicle and we got out and unloaded our own suitcases. After we unloaded our bags he then jumped out the vehicle. Not the best experience/ride

Terrible company DO NOT USE left us waiting 2 hours. Booked a mini van and driver couldny fold the seats . So put suitcases on our lap. He then left us for 30 mins no idea where he went. So got out and called another taxi. Frequent travellers, never had issues before. Be wary and avoid

Our driver was wonderful. Even though we both had a language barrier, he was giving us a mini tour on our way from the airport to the hotel.

Our driver was a welcome sight when we arrived. He was on time and got us to our hotel without incident. That's really all we wanted and this company delivered. The van was really spacious considering we were a party of 13 (with luggage.) That was icing on the cake.

The driver was there waiting for us. I got thru customs but had issues getting my baggage from latam, not new with problems with latam, that took almost 2 hours! The driver waited and was very patient and understanding as I was livid with latam. He had to pay for parking which I reimbursed him plus gave him a tip as it was well deserved. It was comforting to have someone pick you up in a foreign country that you can trust. Very professional and calming in my frazzled state.

Easy experience, booked a day before travel. Everything was coordinated the night before. Driver was about 15 minutes early to our hotel, made it to our flight in plenty of time. Would highly recommend.

Great Service. The drivers were kind, good drivers, clean autos and they were always on time. I took the service 4 times from and to Lima Airport.

He showed up a little early and loaded our luggage while we checked out. Used google translate for communication, which made everything easy. Would use them again.

The car that was supposed to pick us up broke down so we had to get another car. The other driver was nice:)

I was happy to see my driver holding a sign with my name on it after clearing customs and immigration at Lima Peru airport. He was professional and helped me with luggage.

Did not show up for airport pickup . I provided flight number and pickup location out of customs. Refused to give me credit. Paypal refunded my money.

The Driver was very courteous and professional. He was waiting with a sign when I arrived. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. I will be booking my return to airport with them.

We were traveling with young kids and three senior citizens. Our needs and requests were complex due to the number and ages of our family members. Jahaira was our coordinator. She was extremely attentive to our needs. Whenever I reached out to her, regardless of the time, she immediately responded and took care of the requests.
