The transportation was seamless. The driver waited for us at the baggage claim, assisted with our bags, and loaded them up in the vehicle. The drive was nice and got us to our Airbnb. He help unload our bags and made sure we made it inside. Overall, very good experience.

So happy with this experience after reading the reviews while I was already in Peru. I should have booked them for my other inter- island transport. I used this taxi service coming from my Cuzco trip. Claudia was able to track my flight and Robinson- my driver, was on time even with the delay. I got prompt WhatsApp updates from Claudia with instructions on where to exit and what to look for upon exit. Robinson was waiting with my name on a sign. He guided me safely, through all the congestion and traffic, to my hotel. I highly recommend this service. I spoke Spanglish so I was able to have friendly exchanges on the way as well

Driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name after leaving baggage claim area. There were many drivers there so we had to really look to find our driver.

The car sent was not large enough for 4 adults , much less our luggage . We had to sit with our carry on suitcases on our laps and was squished beyond measure. The driver was kind and helpful. The car pictured for 4 is a van not a mid size SUV

I would still recommend the service but I would advise you to be more assertive with the driver than I was. I gave them the address and said it was in Barranco. The driver said no, the address was in MIraflores. Never having been to Lima, I had no idea so I trusted him - what choice did I have? We arrived at the address in Miraflores, I got out of the car, and went up to the building with my luggage. I spoke with security and quickly realized this was not the right place. Because the actual address was in BARRANCO, like I told him to begin with. Luckily he had not driven off yet so I was able to get back into the car and he took me to the correct place. But it was frustrating to not be listened to, even though he was a nice guy.

Highly recommend this service. My plane was 3 hours late and my drive was still there with a sign for me. He was extremely professional and I felt very safe at 2am being a solo female traveler. I will certainly use this service again.

Overall the transfer was fine - we did arrive at our hotel without incident. Reasons for not providing a 5 start review: 1. Driver was late to pick up 2. Driver did not speak English although the posting says English speaking. Overall this not a big deal to me but if you want an English speaking driver this might an issue for someone else. 3. Driver was constantly on his 2 phones checking or writing messages.

The company was very helpful. I booked a tour with Gate 1 and Gate 1 booked the Art House Diplomate hotel in Miraflores. I called the hotel 5 times and nobody pick up the telephone. I also email the hotel and no respond. I emailed the transfer company to see if they can stop by the Art House Diplomate hotel to see if they are open. They email me back saying there was no one answer the telephone and they stop by at the hotel and there was a CLOSE sign. The transfer company was so helpful. I ended up booking another hotel and this hotel answer the telephone and there is a late check in at midnight. The driver was very professional. He met us at the airport holding a sign with my name.
