The taxi guy never showed up. They told me he wouldn't have a sign with my name. I waited for 15 minutes and ended up taking another taxi to my hotel.

This tour company is awful. I booked a pickup with Viator for a hotel pickup to airport. My client reached out via Whatsapp via texts and messages they never responded or showed up to pick her up. I contacted Viator which was no help. The tour company lied and said they showed up which isn't true. I have attached screenshots of my client trying to contact them. MY client had to pay for a taxi in order to make her flight back to the United States. Also the company's staff doesn't speak English as well. Why does Viator use a company that is International that doesn't speak English in order to get assistance. I would recommend no one to use this tour company.. I requested my refund and they lied and said they were there.. which isn't true. Not reliable if you are looking for a reliable shuttle transportation. company
