What more does one need ? Arrived in Lima, and as we exited the baggage area, the driver was there waiting for us. We were quickly and efficiently driven to our hotel. The next morning the driver arrived perfectly on time, and took us directly back to the airport. Everything was just how we needed it

My experience, both being picked up at the Lima airport and returned to the Lima airport was exceptional. Both drivers were on time at the location that was identified. They drove safely and expertly to my locations and I cannot recommend this company enough if you want safe, reliable transportation. It was also very comforting to me because I was traveling solo and they made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Our round-trip transfers were smooth, timely, and perfectly coordinated. The drivers were friendly, professional, and made us feel completely taken care of. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, which made all the difference. They truly went above and beyond when I realized I had left an item at the hotel after we had already departed. Without hesitation, they arranged for a second driver to retrieve it and deliver it directly to the airport. That kind of service is exceptional. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Our driver Ruben was waiting for us with a clearly marked sign exactly where promised. Ruben was courteous, a great driver, helpful with bags, and answered all of our questions. On arriving in a foreign country it was good to see as promised the driver waiting with my name on a card. He took our cases, and although there was a language barrier was courteous and very helpful. The driver was nice and he was waiting for us. However the car wasn’t that nice and we had to wait a while because he couldn’t get his ticket to leave the airport to work. We waited for 5 minutes in the car alone in the parking lot while we went off to get a new one. He was then 30 minutes late picking us up for our return to the airport. They scheduled our pickup 4 hours before the flight (which was way more time than needed) so we had plenty of time so it wasn’t too nerve racking. However, when we had to wake up at 4:30am for a 5:30 pickup. So sitting in a hotel lobby at 5:30 wondering where your driver is tends to be a not great start to the day. It wasn’t a bad experience overall just the waiting and lack of communication wasn’t good.

Our driver drove very well in some CRAZY TRAFFIC. He didn’t speak English well, but we understood each other. I would use this service again.

Great service. Everything went smoothly. The drivers were polite, the cars comfortable. The trip from Lima’s Airport can be long but it was an easy ride.

The service was reliable. The driver came to the airport on time. If the meeting point could be instructed as inside the arrival hall between gate 12 and 13, it would be easier for both customers and the driver to meet. We followed the Viator online instructions and waited for the driver outside of arrival hall in front of Gate 12 and 13 but the drive went inside. We looked around and managed to find the driver finally. On the way back to the airport, the drive came to our hotel 20 minutes earlier to meet us to ensure we will get to the airport on time. The service was reliable!

This was very convenient. Driver was there when we arrived and knew exactly where we were going. The pickup to the airport was planned very well and we arrived at the airport with a good amount of time before our flight.

On my return trip to the airport, I left my personal cell phone in the vehicle, and reached out to Claudia and Diego from mytrip2peru through the Viator chat and through WhatsApp on my work phone. Both of them responded immediately and urgently worked on my behalf to reach the driver to search for my phone and drive back to the airport to return it to me. They went above and beyond making sure the original service was met and provided outstanding customer service. This is the type of effort every customer wants and rarely receives with any service. I highly recommend this round trip airport transfer service and give a big thanks to Claudia and Diego. The driver was also great with returning my cell phone and had a great attitude with having to return to the airport.

It's really reliable service. Claudia told me all the process to meet with a driver via whatsapp. She is very responsible. I didn't have any problems during my trip, but if I had something, she would sort it out immediately.

Driver was reliable and prompt! He was already waiting for us at the airport and at our hotel for the return trip to the airport.

The contract was not fulfilled. Nobody showed up to pick us up at the airport. We had to hire another transport. We arrived at the airport at the agreed time, but there was no one waiting to transfer us to the hotel. We tried calling the phone number provided but no one answered. Frustrating. We waited almost an hour.

Driver was not there when we came out of the airport. Driver did not speak English like we were told. There were professional hustlers waiting who tried to get us to go with another driver. Disappointed overall. If you can’t be there with a sign when we come out, what’s the point?????

Great experience! The owner Diego was so helpful, comminuted with me via What’sApp before I even left, sending photos of where I could expect to meet the pick up driver. Even after there were protests that restricted driving into the airport, he rearranged the pick up location with updated photos. It was less than 100 feet away from the original area! So nice and helpful, the car was clean and driver was so nice. Very relieving after flying all day. Would recommend and book again!

Been meaning to write this review since getting back from Peru in mid-October. Nothing but positive things to report, pickup upon arrival was smooth as can be. Arrived at my hotel promptly. My 4:00 AM pickup going back to the airport was right on time. Made it with plenty of time to spare. Excellent service, fair price, would use them again.
