It was a very nice tour. Our guide picked us up from our Airbnb and took us to the city center. My only warning about travel to Lima is the traffics. It is unlimited and at all times of the day. We must have spent 2 hours just in traffic!!!

This was a wonderful unique tour. The water show was inside a large park with beautiful colors and images along with music. Great evening activity. We included a stop at a rooftop overlooking the cathedral and surroundings. Great photo opportunity! Guide was very good and recommended a great place for dinner following our tour.
Very poorly organized tour.. communication was bad and the places covered are not worth your time. Will not use this provider ever..
My guide was very nice and well managed us. We were late because of flight delay. He guided us to Lima night tour.
This Tour Operator is dishonest and cannot be trusted. We did not do the tour, we were asked by the Operator to cancel the tour booked with Virator and rebook directly with them for cash. The Operator contacted me via telephone to tell me that was the only way he could make money. If my almost 15 years of using Viator this is the first time I am experiencing this issue with an Operator.
It was a 5. Despite traffic, the driver got us to the locations and really explained a lot along the way about Lima and its rich history.
We enjoyed a lot this tour. Kaitos is a professional guide. He is very informative and gave us a lot of new information. Thank you so much for unforgettable experience.
They cancelled on the morning of the tour. Said they tried to call me, but I didn't get a call. They could have sent a message through the app, but because I didnt answer the call that I didn't get, they cancelled the tour. I had to send a few messages to get a response. Got a couple of voicemail messages after I sent messages to find out what was going on. It wouldn't have been hard for them to send a message if they weren't able to get through to me by calling. No apologies for cancellation.
Tour was OK. We booked this to fill an empty evening in the city - we rushed to quickly through the city at dusk, would rather we spent more time there despite the business. Water light show was nice but nothing special - or not my thing. Guide was OK and accommodating. The driver Carlos was kindof awkward - took a video of us without permission and general behaviour odd at times. But all good
We booked the evening tour but as it duplicated some of our daytime tour Carlos our guide kindly changed the itinerary and took us to somewhere that we hadn't seen. Carlos and our driver went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great night and we thoroughly enjoyed it Carlos took photos and made a video of our evening and sent it to us at the end of the tour. It was a lovely touch and a great keepsake of our trip. I would thoroughly recommend this trip it was lovely to be looked after so we'll with everything taken care of.
Good pre-tour communication. The driver was right on time. You definitely want to do a private tour for the light show as the crowds and traffic are were very dense, a small group has a much easier time getting around. We had priority entry and avoided the line that went around the block. The show is 15 minutes of dancing waters and projected images telling Peru's history. We also did a short walking tour at the town center to see the major landmarks. Our guide took photos of us during the evening and sent them to us afterwards.
Plaza de Armas at night is beautiful! The water fountains were so pretty, as well as the water show! Krisna and Juan Carlos were great. Traffic was TERRIBLE and there are no rules to driving in Lima so pack extra undies.
The guide was rude and was not on the right address that I gave him by Text message. He also advised me to “relax” then the issue was risen. The time that we spend on the main plaza was minimal, we barely could take the pictures. Then the took us to the private tasting that was not on the list. We never saw the panoramic view, he also claimed that he was paid for two hours and the time of magic fountains show is already gone. I claimed that he will have bad review and then we magically got to the next show. I also had the experience of communicating with the local agency that send that guide, and voiced that my expectation was not met. They suggested the vouchers instead for the next tour for Lima.
I had a great time! I had just half a day and wanted a tour in the evening and I felt like this gave me all that I needed in just a few hours. My guide and chauffeur were very flexible when I changed my pick-up location twice and the team was very responsive on WhatsApp. They took me away to see the fountains showing me the highlights and making sure I got to watch the story on the fountains and then took me to the very romantic downtown area which was full of life even in the evening. I was able to ask all my questions and was given a lot of flexibility when I needed to step aside and answer work questions. I highly recommend this tour!
I really enjoyed this tour. My guide was flexible when I found myself at a different location when it was time to be picked up. I then had a private car ride to the fountains and downtown Peru. My guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I especially appreciated his willingness to answer questions while also keeping us on time.
Wonderful and easy way to see Lima at night. I was travel g solo before meeting a tour group and I booked this experience with the hope of getting a broad view of Lima at night and taking photos. Juan Carlos, our driver, navigated Lima’s busy traffic beautifully, and Carlos, my tour leader, made the evening memorable. He provided lots of historical context and he navigated me around the busy Water Park perfectly. When we visited Historical Lima we stopped for. Pisco demonstration and tasting. Yum! I am so glad I booked this tour! Pro tip: if you are in Lima on Sunday, book a tour for that day as traffic is more manageable.
I appreciate that you moved the start time of the tour back, so as to avoid Lima traffic jams. It was a very fun tour. Carlos was very knowledgeable, and took good care of all of us
We were picked up by car and drove through several districts of Lima. The guide explained some information about Lima during the ride. We made some stops and did sightseeing. But the best was definitely the water show in the park.
Great private tour. My tour guide was Carlos and he was very knowledgeable and attentive. Excellent host and took all of my pictures as a solo guest.
Our guide, Carlos, was very nice. He showed us parts of the historic center that we wouldn't have seen on our own and was very knowledgeable. The Magic Water Circuit was very cool!
This tour was overpriced for what we got. Our guide and driver were great and shared interesting information about Lima, the Incas and Pre-Incas, but the felt rushed. The Magic Water Show was very impressive, so there was value in the guide bringing us to a good viewing spot.
The tour guide was Amazing and he took special care when the Magical lights were not coming on, to wait till it did !!!
Brilliant private tour - only 2 of us plus driver and guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took us to some memorable places. The light show was fantastic and definitely worth the visit. Good value for money and highly recommended.
Had a great night checking out Luna - guide was very informative and the water park was impressive. Would recommend this.
It was wonderful to see Plaza de Armas & Plaza San Martin all lit up at night. They were places that I would not have explored solo in the evening, so it was wonderful to have a great guide like Enrique. He also took me to the amazing Magic Water Circuit and it was so efficient to be guided there because Enrique knew the area so well. It is a large park, and without guidance, I would probably have missed a lot of the fountains. I really enjoyed being with Enrique who shared his amazing knowledge about Lima. I highly recommend it!
Had great time and loved the tour. Our tour guide Carlos was excellent seems a lot of knowledge. Tour was well timed and he did not rush and gave lot of explanation of our visited areas. His command of English was fantastic Also he took lots of our phots and immediately share with us
Carlos was an excellent guide & was very flexible to change our itinerary to our preferences. Had a lovely tour & enjoyed the fountains!
Since the main attraction of this tour for us was the Magical Waters show, I would have to say that the tour itself was disappointing. Traffic congestion and an unnecessary stop for pisco sours got us to the show for the final TWO minutes. You cannot control the traffic, but under the circumstances, Carlos should have made the executive decision to skip the bar stop in favor of the show.
This is a walking tour of Old Lima, followed by the water show. Our guide, Enrique, met us at our hotel along with a driver. It took about 1/2 hour to drive from Miraflores to Old Lima. Along the way Enrique told us about Peruvian history and pointed out unique details of the various districts we drove through. Our driver dropped us off and we proceeded to walk through two main squares and the streets of Old Town with Enrique again telling us the history and pointing out the classic architecture. The water park is a fun family experience. There are multiple water fountains and walkways. Each evening at 7:15, 8:15 and 9:15 there is a 15 minute water laser light show. We thoroughly enjoyed this evening event. If you go, try to get Enrique as your guide. His English is excellent, his knowledge is extensive and his jokes are funny.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lima. Our tour guide Enrique and our driver Juan Carlos were friendly and professional, they picked us up on time and took us to the Magic Water Circuit. Enrique spoke very good English and provided us with wonderful information around Lima such as important buildings and neighborhoods on our way to the Magic Water Circuit. Having the tickets already prepaid ahead of time with this tour was helpful as we got in quickly and able to walk around leisurely and get a very good spot in front to watch the spectacular dancing waters. I have seen a few water shows in my experience, however the Magic Water Circuit was incredible! The colorful laser light program, illuminated at night, with unique holograms, many with continuously changing color schemes, synchronized with classical Peruvian music made with 13 distinct fountains sparkle and shine as the water flows in unique patterns and shapes. It is no wonder The Magic Water Circuit has the Guinness Book record for the largest fountain complex in the world! I am so glad I went with my sister for my 50th Milestone birthday! Thank you again!
Great tour with Carlos. Highly recommended both the tour and especially Carlos. Wish we could take him on the rest of our excursions :-)
Booked this tour through TripAdvisor but they washed their hands of following up saying it was my responsibility to contact the tour company directly to confirm pickup time and location. Well that’s pretty hard to do when you are already in the midst of your vacation. Peru Best tours didn’t respond to to text messages, 2 different emails and a message link through TripAdvisor. Fortunately, I got my tour company to phone them but they claimed there was more than on of my hotels and wanted to know which one. Nope- sorry. There is only one. In any event, our guide showed up only 5 minutes late. The driver was 10 mi utes later. Don’t know what the issue was but after our first stop, we never saw him again. Apparently he had car problems which meant our guide had to flag down taxis and negotiate a fee. One cab was utterly awful with the cabbie sitting in a metal cage. Oh well, she made it work. Never did see the main plaza as it was all blocked off because of a concert. Oh well, can’t blame that on the tour company but I feel we should have been comped and maybe shown something else. Our guide, Jessica, was quite knowledgeable and spoke good English, but I can’t recommend the tour company.
The tour itself was all-encompassing: Historical, architectural and cultural! Lucas was incredible. So knowledgeable, had the answers to our questions, and funny! 11/10 that guy made the tour so fun and worth it. Thank you Lucas!!!
Our guide was great, attentive and took us first on a walking tour of the two main squares in Lima. We experienced the “HydePark Corner” style gathering with people lecturing on politics, singing hymns or giving dancing lessons. Walked several blocks of very bustling shopping street (it was 6:30 pm on Palm Sunday.) When we emerged into the main square we experienced a religious procession marking the start of Semana Santa or Holy Week. The crowds were thick and so was the incense! This was an unbelievable experience! Went from Main Square to the park of magic waters. Wonderful fountains great lighting and music. A 15 minute show involved projections on the spray and told the story of Perú in colored lights, music and diverse dancing water. All was wonderful. Crowds were heavy but polite and Happy. We loved it all. Enrique was our driver and sadly I cannot remember the name of our terrific guide.
Collected on time from our Hotel for the excursion into Lima. The guide was engaging and informative. We were able to walk around the old town and see the lit up buildings. The guide also answered our questions and stopped when we wanted to linger. We enjoyed the Magic Water Circuit and were given lots of time to see the various fountains. The guide ensured that we were in a good place to stand for the show.
The vehicle was old and dirty. The Tour guide smelled bo and left us before the Tour ended and the information was poor.I will not take a tour with Viator anymore.
Thanks to guide Enrique and Carlos driver we had a great sightseeing tour Lima then we watched the Magical Night Water Light and Laser show before being dropped back to our hotel. Great night had by all
pick up was on time, guide was very polite, very clear English speaking , great explanations, friendly & jovial, driver polite.

Highly recommend this tour. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was perfect from the hotel pickup to touring the city.

My trip to Peru was great, but not because of this company. The guide was either uninformed on his history of Lina, or just didn't speak English... He smiled a lot, but couldn't tell us anything other than the obvious, this us a cathedral. It was disappointing! The water park was a disaster. It took over one hour to wait in a very unsafe street/line for entrance. So we rushed from one fountain to another, never really appreciating what they were all about. Then we had a driver who was really sick, sneezing and coughing, and a car with no air conditioning with 32 degrees outside! I couldn't wait to have it end! I would give 1/2star

The tour did not start out well since the driver was an hour late. In his defence, the traffic was horrible and it was so for the whole night, which was the major contributor to the rating. Having said that, the driver should know the traffic situation and accounted for it in planning his pick up. The fountain night park was very interesting with the laser show being the highlight. The guide was quite informative throughout the trip.

The tour guides were so lovely, fun and really knew a lot about Lima. I had been to Lima once before and was told multiple times not to go out at night in town as a female on my own so when I was back with my mum I really wanted her to see the town at night and this was a safe way of doing so.

Overall a good tour, the guide was good and very informative. However, we did not go to Mt Cristobal as stated in the description, instead lots of time was spent at the Water circuit which was a treat in itself. The guide was also very rushed. In addition, we did receive the souvenir as stated on line. When asked and shown the voucher, the guide did not know what we were talking about and claimed that they did not provide souvenirs.

Our private driver Alejandro and out private guide Gustavo did a great job. Despite heavy Lima traffic, we safely drove through the downtown areas seeing historical buildings with their evening lighting. The colored fountains of Parque de la Reserva was the tour highlight. It is a favorite of the locals. If your visiting Lima you shouldn't miss it.

We were disappointed that we dint go atop Mt Cristabol as promised. Also were told we would receive a souvenir of our tour. Nether of these things happened!

A nice outing accompanied by ALEJANDRO a wellread conductor and JOSUÉ a kind and well informed guide.-this photo isnt ours. The guide took another one.-HAPPY HOLIDAYS.-

Due to the scheduled tour day being a holiday it was cancelled. I then asked them if they would do it the night before and they said yes. We had to wait for a tour guide they called in but she ended up being excellent.

Excellent support and attention. The guide is extremely attentive, from the time of scheduling the meeting time until the end of the tour. I highly recommend this tour, especially for those who are on the move to work and have little time but who want to know a bit of the charming Lima.
Great experience, great guide and good night tour, the illuminated city center is beautiful, the water park is spectacular.
Our guide Carlos and our driver Juan were very good hosts, they even accommodated our request to visit Barranco since we knew the Historic Center. The tour was very pleasant and the Parque das Águas show was beautiful, and Carlos guided us through all the stages. I recommend!
