Our experience was fantastic! It felt almost like a private tour, as no other tourists joined our group. All the activities and pick-ups were very well organized. The driver and guide always arrived on time, and they were flexible with the arrangements whenever needed. We also appreciated having a free day in the itinerary, which allowed us to take an optional day tour, such as Rainbow Mountain or Huacachina. Overall, it was a wonderful and well-planned experience.
This tour was amazing! the guides were excellent, super friendly, and so knowledgable. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Peru! 😊
Enjoyed all the excursions but it was tiring as it give little free time! Saw amazing sites! Great guides! Richard was an amazing guide and made travel comfortable and stress free!
Views were amazing. The explanations were very interesting. Guides are very kind, they gave us tips, recommendations. Every tour was on time, they were very punctuals
Cusco and Machu Picchu were just the way we had read about, simply amazing. Along with the Peruvian food, which is now one of the top three cuisines for me, we had a memorable tour of Peru. Vipac did perfect arrangements, their guides, Nora, Laura, Luiz, Clara, Fatima were all knowledgeable, punctual and extremely helpful.
Excellent service, everyone very friendly, clear and punctual
The experience was excellent, the places visited, the organization, the guides, the drivers, the punctuality, it was impossible to have done better.
It was wonderful! We didn't need to worry about anything... we arrived at places and always had someone waiting for us! We would receive messages with the itinerary for the next day, always very punctual. Furthermore; we had a person responsible for our trip! Any incident or emergency, we could contact you, which was great and made us much calmer. I highly recommend it.
We thought it was a good destination, with good service and excellent accompaniment by the guides, who were punctual and friendly
Wonderful Peru, forever in my heart.
The trip is highly recommended, the guides were very attentive and cordial, a very good experience.
Excellent coordination, hotels, transportation, and guides. Highly recommended
Wonderful itinerary, guides with a lot of knowledge, especially Miguel in Lima and Rolando in Sacred Valley
very good experience, I didn't have to worry about anything, it was excellent
Everything very good. Transfers on time, hotel choice very good. The tours well organized and excellent guides.
Incredible experience! Vipac assisted with everything necessary during the stay and for me the most important thing was the exact adherence to the agreed schedules for tours, transfers, etc. New and comfortable vehicles. Guides and other helpful staff to assist with whatever is needed.
Service and hotels were correct. I would have liked to be offered options for the days off. The stay in Urubamba does not make much sense, it should be in Ollantaytambo near the train station.
I was the coordinator for a group that visited Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. We had a great time; you were excellent as a receptive agency, with transfers and coordinators at the destinations. I want to highlight Angel, the guide we had from Cusco who accompanied us for the rest of the days; he is an excellent guide and person. He made the experience more unique; it is a pleasure to be accompanied by people like that for work. Congratulations, Vipac, you have a Great Team.
Very good. Translated. Guides, hotels, tours, lunch included, all perfect.
Wonderful tour, beautiful views and cities. We really appreciated all the facilities where we stayed. But the guides who followed us on the trip are truly to be complimented. ( Roger, Max, Luis)
Excellent experience, prepared guides, amazing hotels, wonderful tours.
Wonderful trip. I learned a lot from our main guide, named Rolando, who has excellent knowledge of everything. Excellent hotels, very good restaurants, magical places visited. Machu Picchu is simply amazing. I came back. Ada was amazed by everything I saw. I think I could have two or three more days to better take advantage of the places visited, because it was a little run. On our return, I found the airport of Lima too confused to locate the immigration; maybe a better guidance on access or having a escort at the airport is needed.
Everything perfect, only the departure at Lima airport which was bad. Airport without signage for any one more than necessary. Congratulations to the local guide: Mr. Rolando da Gipac, very attentive and efficient!
VIPAC: Excellent service: hotels, transfers, excursions, guides who convey knowledge with passion and love for their Land. Cordial and efficient assistance from the representatives, for any question and/or need. Highly recommended.
Excellent, in Lima could have been one day or more tours, guides with knowledge, punctuality, good reception, interesting tours, convenience
The transport and guide team was punctual, cordial and efficient on all tours.
Good trip to take as a couple or with family. It is worth noting that, from the moment you step on Peruvian soil, you do not have to worry about transfers and activities since the agency is in constant contact and gave us daily instructions on pickup times and the next day's schedule. The guides were very friendly and always willing to give advice on recommended places. Without a doubt, I would repeat the experience with this agency.
Very receptive guides, friendly, punctual transfers and very complete and organized tours.
Beautiful country full of history, highly qualified guides, admirable punctuality of guides and transfers
A very good agency. Responsible and friendly treatment.
Everyone is very good, congratulations
Excellent first experience on Peruvian soil.
Perfect from start to finish. My travel agent gave all the information about the services, hotels and tours. No one failed. The agency Europa Total, the operator Schultz Operadora who made the intermediation for payment in Brazil and Vipac, were perfect in taking care of everything of our trip.
Excellent tour. I would have liked to enter the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, but my circuit was number 1. At the reservation, they never clarified which circuit they offered. After the reservation, I knew I was assigned to circuit number 3. Punctuality was excellent... the transportation was very good. And the guide at Machu Picchu was wonderful... he knew a lot about the Inca Civilization... we learned a lot, and he was also very kind... he made our experience something unique.
Excellent organization, magnificent guides, Úrsula in Lima and Juan in the Sacred Valley and Cusco, good attention in picking up and taking us to the airports and hotels by Gabriel in Lima and Carolina in Cusco, the driver Fernando in the Sacred Valley and Cusco took us with care and dedication and treated us with great attention, good hotels and wonderful restaurants, the food was very delicious and varied. The entire team has been able to quickly resolve any mishap or unforeseen event and has made us feel at home
We did the Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo, lunch at the Tunupa restaurant, Awanacancha, Tika, Chinchero. Machu Picchu by Expedition Train from Poroy, Aguas Calientes, Urubamba River, bus to go up to Machu Picchu and back down. Lunch at the InkaTerra restaurant. Wonderful guides, attentive, efficient. The last one even issued our check-in and dispatched our bags. All sensational!!! Congratulations to Vipac Travel. We never felt better.
Excellent operator in Peru, extremely punctual for all transfers, excellent guides, very good hotels (except for the one in Aguas Calientes, Casa del Sol, which lacked maintenance to be a 4-star) everything was 10 points. It was 8 days between Lima, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. Highly recommended
Our guide, Ricardo Bejar, was the key to the success of our experience. He accompanied us even in the details. He explained every question with unusual patience. Empathetic, simple, a good person (it shows in the development). There are no words. To express gratitude is an understatement. We will not forget this trip and everything about Ricardo. An excellent human being and tourism professional. Thank you. Thank you. Marcelo Sponer, Alicia Caisutti
Incredible experiences, delighted with Cusco and everything offered by the operators/connection Agency Stella TRAVELS and VIPAC. I WOULD CHOOSE THEM AGAIN! EXCELLENT IN EVERYTHING. HOSPITALITY, RESTAURANTS, AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUMS😁👏❤️
Service provided with excellence! Wonderful, I indicate a lot!
The vipac service was excellent, from the organization to the attention of its staff.
I liked the services of the hotel that in addition to breakfast, the restaurant works for lunch and dinner. Accessibility needs to be improved, the very steep ramps and steep staircases often and without marking on the floor.
I found it wonderful. The guides are fantastic, very kind, punctual and highly professional and prepared.
Very punctual well explained good transport I would like to be taken to eat more typical food in original places the last van gave off smoke
The service was excellent, everything very organized. Comfortable transportation and impeccable guides.
We did our whole trip with them and it was just perfect! Always on time, with excellent explanations. All guides were extremely attentive and polite with us. It really was the difference of our journey. Service of excellence, exceeded our expectations! I recommend!
It was amazing. Vipac has an impeccable organization. All with a lot of harmony. The guides are fantastic. One better than the other.
We really liked the experience, we felt hand in hand at all times and we would repeat for sure. Highly recommended.
Very good service. Excellent planning, all guides very knowledgeable and delivering knowledge very clearly. That is very important when you want to know places , cultures , and details of the sites you visit. Special congratulations to Ruben, the guide who accompanied us to Machupicchu. Very warm, a lot of knowledge, always got everyone's attention, plus very worried about everyone... understanding some affected height... that's very remarkable I also highlight the punctuality of the services..and the kindness of everyone.
