Easy to work with. Most importantly, communicative. For instance before the trip confirm the driver and gave reassurance that the driver will be tracking the flight. This is very important! You are trying to get a service in a foreign country, it is so important they keep you updated. It is really not that expensive if there are a few of you. Driver is courteous and made great choices of restaurants along the way.

My experience with this company was 10/10! I had two drivers who 1. picked us up from the airport to paracas which was a 4 hour drive and 2. who picked us up from the airbnb to the Lima airport which was also 4 hours. both drivers Luis Martin and Isaac were very friendly and accommodating. We felt safe the whole ride and had no complaints at all. Super reliable and both shared amazing peru history which was a plus on those 4 hour drives. Will definitely book again if needed!

We booked with Isaac for a private transfer from Paracas to Lima airport. Not only was this a four hour drive but our pick up time was at 4am. This was one of very very few companies who would accommodate us for this timing and location. Despite such an early start, Isaac was punctual, friendly, and prepared as ever and managed to make our 3 large suitcases fit with great effort, remaining cheerful even if out of breath! The car was clean with no overwhelming fragrance and Isaac was very pleasant and attentive. We discussed making a pit stop and he instead went four hours straight with no breaks just so that he wouldn't have to wake us from our sleep! Isaac provided us our second great experience with this company with a very calm sweet energy and was a great conversationalist whenever he saw we had rested and were awake. Overall a great, safe experience and would book again.

We booked a private transfer from Lima to Paracas with Luis Martin (about a 4 hour drive) and as taxing as that must have been he never showed it! He was kind enough to let us stop for some gas station snacks and bathroom breaks and the four hours flew by due to his great personality and extensive knowledge on Peruvian history. We enjoyed plenty laughs and learned a lot along the way. Very kind energy, punctual, clean car, helped us with our luggage, and even offered to cater to our music tastes. Once we arrived at our airbnb he made sure we were able to contact the house guardian and make it in safely. It was an overall pleasant experience and we would certainly book again! Thank you Luis!

We had arranged an airport transfer from Lima Airport to our hotel well in advance. Despite receiving a confirmation, no driver ever arrived. We waited at the airport with no communication, no explanation, and no assistance, leaving our group stranded after a long international flight. We ultimately had to make alternative arrangements at our own expense. A transportation company is expected to provide reliability above all else. Unfortunately, this company failed in the most fundamental aspect of the service it offers. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere.

Avoid this company. We were a group of eight and had booked our transfer with them. They never showed up and left us stranded at the airport. Completely unreliable. I would never use them again.

We booked an airport transfer for our group, from Lima airport to our hotel. Nobody showed up. We called while we were waiting in the arrivals hall, but no one answered. Pathetic.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Martin and Crown Taxi!!! Martin was on time, communicated well, and kept us completely entertained for our 4 hour transfer from Lima to Paracas. His knowledge of Peruvian history, coupled with his great sense of humor really made the trip stand out. We would love to use Crown, and specifically Martin again for any of our Peru travels!

He is an exceptionally careful and responsible driver, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the journey. He enriched our journey by sharing interesting insights and information about Peru, which made the experience even more meaningful and enjoyable. The drivers for Crown are friendly, professional, and showed up on time. Not only did we use their service between the airport and our hotel, but used them to drive from Lima to Paracas as well as a trip from Nasca to Lima. Typically I would have just used the hotel shuttle to the airport, but when I emailed our hotel prior to our arrival they never got back to me. I was a bit put off by this, so our driver Martin (Luis) offered to schedule a driver from Crown to take us to the airport. We went even further and just used their services to and from the airport while we were in Lima.

My wife and I had a last minute change to our arrival time due to weather related delays and Martin had no problem adjusting to our plans. Even though we arrived very late at night, he was there to greet us with a smile and we were in our way. The drive to our destination was very long and late at night, but Martin was so easy to talk to and full of wonderful knowledge that he kept us entertained the entire way. On the way back up, we were fortunate enough to have Martin drive us again. In this case Martin not only drove us, but also was our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable about our visit that he was able to really make the experience amazing. Martin is an excellent driver and an even better person. He was thoughtful and pleasant the entire time and I will happy book with him again in the future. Thanks for the memorable trip!

Trustworthy, timely, and delivered all the services we needed. We used Crown for airport pickup with drop-off in Miraflores, a round-trip shuttle to Paracas, and a multi-stop return to Lima and the airport on our return. Our driver, Carlos, was a skilled navigator of Lima’s famously chaotic traffic and was very accommodating to our schedule, while still ensuring timely pickups despite the constant congestion. From the start, communication was prompt and clear, and the quoted price was reasonable for the level of service provided. Payment arrangements were painless through a secure platform. Crown is a local family run operation and they clearly take pride in the quality of service they deliver. I would highly recommend them.

We used ‘Crown Taxi and Remisse’ for three transports during our family vacation in Peru. Communication with the manager was excellent (via WhatsApp). The transport service was punctual and efficient. Vans were clean and comfortable. Drivers were polite, friendly, and safe. The experience was excellent. I fully recommend and would use again.

I paid by bank deposit to pick up my friends, but forgot to tell them, and then the driver went ahead and accepted a cash payment. When I learned of the double charge, he argued it was a "tip," but ultimately after some arguing, agreed to pay it back, after deducting a fee for delivering the refund. // Pagué por depósito bancario para recoger a mis amigos, pero olvidé decírselo, y luego el conductor siguió adelante y aceptó un pago en efectivo de mis amigos. Cuando me enteré del cargo doble, argumentó que era una "propina", pero finalmente, después de algunas discusiones, accedió a devolverlo, después de deducir una tarifa por entregar el reembolso.

Our driver Martin picked us up and made our introduction to Peru outstanding! The company was very responsive when we were making our arrangements and he was waiting outside the airport once we landed. Highly recommend!

I reserved a transfer to and from Lima airport. The communication was great. The drivers were friendly, courteous, safe and prompt. The vehicles are clean and new. An all round 5 star experience.

Fantastic experience for my first visit to Peru! I booked a total of 6 transits for myself and my friends and couldn't have been happier with the service! So much so, I also arranged for a customized tour experience of Lima (for the attractions my friends and I wanted to see) before our last day there. Martin speaks fluent english, and saved me from the notorious taxis of Lima when I first arrived. Side note - Be careful of the taxi drivers stationed around the airport waiting to pounce on unsuspecting tourists like moi. One walked right up to me, and I made the mistake of asking if he was Martin, and of course got lead away. But eagled-eye Martin saw me and saved me! Other Crown associates we interacted with were not fluent in english as Martin, but were equally accommodating and gracious. All the vehicles we rode in were late model, and exceptionally clean and well maintained. I cannot give a better recommendation to this company, and will be my choice for future visits to Peru!

I have used Crown numerous times, mainly travelling between Lima airport and the city, and I am always so impressed. Martin helped to organise our 3 week family road trip, taking in the highlights of Southern Peru, Amazon Jungle Lodge booking, Machu Picchu tickets, local guides, internal flights etc... Excellent experience with CROWN, I traveled from Lima to Ica over the weekend. The SUV left at the exact time and even arrived earlier than expected. The seats are very comfortable (bed-type) and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely travel with them again. Highly recommended! From our arrival in Lima until our departure from Cusco everything went as planned. We had done the classics of southern Peru: Lima, Nasca, Arequipa, Puno, Cusco and of course the fabulous Machu Pichu, and also some sites off the beaten track. Excellent driver (we always felt safe by his driving) but also excellent qualified guide. The big plus is that we had the same guide throughout the trip. This created a very friendly atmosphere.

We had the pleasure of traveling with Crown Taxi & Remisses on a night trip from Lima Airport to the city of Paracas. Martín met us at the airport exit and immediately put us at ease. The car used was modern and clean and the trip was really pleasant, despite the distance. Martín drove safely and we never felt uncomfortable or in danger. It was a wonderful experience, we were amazed by the organization and itinerary. In Lima, we visit the Nazca Lines, the Huacachina Desert, Ballestas Island, among others. Martin was very friendly and punctual in pickup times, the vehicle was always clean, it is a personalized Service, we were 3 friends and assigned one van exclusively for us, which is a competitive advantage with respect to your competition. Best of all, the prices they manage are fair, although we paid a Basic Plan all the hotels were very nice and even in Lima, we were upgraded and assigned two rooms. Fully recommended!
