Easy to find the driver at the airport and travel to hotel was smooth. There was an WhatsApp that I could use to contact the driver the whole time as well.

The driver confirmed our pickup in advance and again as our plane was arriving. He was very pleasant and helpful with our luggage. The traffic from the Lima airport to our hotel was very heavy and many drivers seemed a bit aggressive but our driver was always calm, polite and reassuring.

Once the service was finally underway, the transfer itself was perfectly satisfactory. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and well suited to the journey, and the driver was courteous, respectful and professional throughout. I particularly appreciated his careful driving style, which was exceptionally cautious and safety-conscious. Although the car was not brand new, it was in good condition and provided a comfortable ride to the hotel. In the end, everything worked out well, and the actual transfer met my expectations. Unfortunately, the experience began with a series of avoidable issues. A few hours before my flight, I received a WhatsApp message indicating that I would be collected from my hotel and taken to the airport, which was exactly the opposite of the service I had booked. After unsuccessfully trying to reach the company by phone, I contacted them through Tripadvisor and was reassured that the problem would be resolved. However, upon arriving at Lima Airport, I was unable to locate my driver. The pick-up instructions were also somewhat confusing, as they referred to an international gate despite my arriving on a domestic flight. After checking several different airport entrances and waiting well beyond the scheduled pick-up time, I naturally became concerned, particularly given the large number of unofficial taxi drivers offering services outside the terminal. Attempts to contact the company again were unsuccessful. Fortunately, after approximately 20 minutes, I eventually spotted a driver holding a tablet displaying my name and discovered that he had only just arrived and was attempting to contact me via WhatsApp. While the situation was ultimately resolved and the journey itself was pleasant, the initial uncertainty created unnecessary stress at a time when travellers generally appreciate a smooth and reliable arrival experience.

Our driver was there waiting for us. He was a safe driver. Did not speak any English, but was still able to communicate to him. I think it’s worth spending the money upon arrival especially for a family with luggage

I booked a trip on Booking.com from my hotel in Lima to the airport. The driver never arrived! I had to take a taxi in a scramble to take me to the airport (according to Booking.com, they went to the airport to pick me up, and refused to issue a refund). Will never book with them.

I couldn't get ahold of anyone to confirm the booking details. Finally was contacted by the driver upon arrival in Lima, and we ended up waiting an hour for his arrival. Could've paid less and been at our hotel sooner using a cab from the airport. Particularly frustrating because we were coming off an overnight flight with two small children.

The suv car isn’t a 3 rows seats as advertised and it wouldn’t have fit 4 luggages if we actually have 4. Not as described or promised on the apps. We could have just get this size of car using Uber XL with half the cost. Feel like we been scammed.

An excellent company, we had a problem with some flight delays and two of us were meeting at the airport and they were so accommodating with last minute changes, due to flight delays Kind Driver was there waiting when I finally arrived. The driver was very considerate help me with my bags, did not drive too fast , which I greatly appreciate. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and making it easy to communicate. A stressful situation turned into a easy stress free ride.

The driver was kind, friendly, polite and attentive. My arrival was 3::05 am and I was a bit nervous to ride with anyone at that hour. But I was glad that I booked a head of time with this company Travelcab. The driver picked me up at the arrival gate, verified from my end and his end before walking out of the airport. I arrived at my hotel smoothly and safely. Definitely recommend the Travelcab.

We were able to stay in touch with our driver, Albaro, and advise him of changes. A driver was waiting for us as we walked out of baggage claim with a sign in hand. We were exhausted. When booking they asked for our flight number, not the arrival time. Then they calculated our arrival at 6:30 pm instead of am, so no one met us at the airport. We had to call the office. They got us another driver within 20 minutes, but it was a mistake on their end that caused us to have a frustrating arrival.

This is by far, the most unprofessional car service I've ever dealt with. Our flight arrived on time, but customs in Lima took 2 hours to clear. I was not contacted by the vendor. I tried to contact them, but the guy on the phone didn't speak any English. It turns out, that they left the airport, if they were ever there at all, because they were tired of waiting. After looking for our driver for many minutes, I found a helpful bilingual lady, that talked to the operator, who said that he would send the car back for us. 30 minutes later, there was a young man who said he was there to pick us up. he took us to his car. It was pretty obviously a families' minivan, that still had kid's stuff in it. The Driver had trouble getting the GPS info to the hotel. The cell phone wouldn't attach to the dash, and her tried to keep it on his lap, and then several times it dropped to the floor. My GPS would keep suggesting quicker ways to the hotel, but he was reluctant to follow my navigation. Eventually, he took us to a hotel with a similar name, but it wasn't our hotel. fortunately I was able to redirect him to the correct one using my phone. Overall a horrible, unprofessional service!

Ease of booking. Good communication. Cost-effective. We were three adults with 9 pieces of luggage. The SUV was large enough to accommodate everyone and everything. The driver was waiting for us just outside the exit door as planned. He was a smooth and safe driver and the car was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend. We hope to be able to hire the same service for our transportation back to the airport in a couple of days.

Our plane was early but passport check took forever. The driver called but we could not communicate via phone due to my lack of Spanish. I had to text him with google translation to make sure he did not leave. As the customer I should not have to. He should have texted me. Secondly we had two large suitcases. We are a family of four. He did not bother to take any suitcases case nor put them in the vehicles. My husband did all the work. Third the price changed. Originally when I purchased it was a different price from what was charged.

Our flight was late, but our ride wasn't. He kept in touch with Whatsapp and navigated us to the hotel safely.
