Lima Airport Departure Transfer

Driver was early to pick me up at my hotel. Users may need to speak Spanish. Drive was perfect and vehicle was spacious.

Our host was on time, communicated clearly, and the driver was very very safe. In addition, the dispatcher communicated ahead of time on pickup location and time.

A very easy pickup, the service was outstanding! I highly recommend this company for all your needs!

We got full service including check in online and reconfitmed day before departure and pick up on time in our hotel and transferred by clean and comfortable mini van, we were guided until security check line so that we had totally peaceful mind. Thumbs UP!

Only booked this transfer for our group of 8 the night before we were to leave Lima. They left a message with reception confirming the pick up time and sure enough a very clean and new van was waiting the next morning for a smooth transfer to the airport. Great driver.

Second time using them (first time no issues) this time I had to chase for confirmation of booking and they wanted to pick us up 30min earlier than I booked which wasn’t ideal but glad I checked. Although they probably based that on the fact we were flying with Iberia this time (the queues are horrendous - LATAM is way more efficient). Large tourist van, plenty of space for luggage and this one had useable seatbelts - a rarity in Lima!

Good communication this time, van fitted us all in and our bags, happy to move collection time (luggage issues with airport).

Hello. After all, i wanna thank to Fátima, she is great. She was in contact with me in the moment I arrived to Lima. She helped me with a lot of advices about what I can do while I stayed in Lima. She was in contact with me, to pick up me, for the departure. The only comment or advice that I have for you is about the driver. I’m from Mexico, so it doesn’t matter to me, but probably for people from US or Canadá or Europe, it could be a rough driving and feel umconfortable, driver must be more careful, even when I know that is hard to drive in Lima. This airport transfer service was reliable. I really appreciated the on time pick up, & airport delivery /drop off with enough time to make our flight back home. I would definitely use this transfer service again.

Just an airport to hotel “transfer”. It was a seamless experience. Not a luxury car, but perfectly acceptable. Sergio had a sign for me at arrivals, took me to the van, and traveled to my hotel with me because I was the last of the night. Ordinarily, he would leave me with the driver. Friendly guide regaled me with things to do in Lima.

Driver and greeting person was right on time, very nice people, i received confirmation of my reservation through e-mail. My phone was stolen so I don't know if I received a txt or WhatsApp message, my tour guide has to call for let me know the exact time that driver will pick me up, I was looking for e-mail with the time of the pick up but i did not receive it, so I asked my tour guide to call.

This company provides great services. They sent a reminder/confirmation email a couple days prior to let you know exactly when they will pick you up. The driver handled the luggage. The guide even offered to help me check in. Would definitely use this company again.

<p>The representative was waiting in the hotel lobby for me and everything was very prompt and efficient. I received an e-mail within 24 hours before with a confirmation of an exact pickup time and it was accurate. I would utilize this service again if ever in Lima.</p>

<p>Bus was right on time for my pick up, driver drives safely and 'guide' speaks English most Peruvians don't. I only wanted to be at the airport at a different time than the Company proposed. This could not be changed as also other people on the flight were picked up. This was a pitty but absolutely no deal breaker. Would choose the Company again if I were to return to Lima.</p>

<p>Viator / Viajes Pacifico sent us an email the night before confirming the hotel pickup time. We had several airport transfers arrivals and departures in Peru with Viator / Viajes Pacifico. Pickup times were always realistic - we got to the airport with plenty of time, despite heavy traffic. Drivers were always punctual. They also helped us with luggage. Vans were always spacious and clean. Although this particular airport departure transfer was shared transportation, we were the only ones taking it. We thought about just asking the hotel to get us a taxi to take us to the airport, but there was peace-of-mind having our transport pre-arranged. Fare prices were similar anyway.</p>
