My airport transfer experience was seamless. My English speaking guide was very personable. Communication was great, which eased my own anxiety of traveling to a new country. The driver also did a great job.

I was impressed with the communication prior to our arrival. We knew exactly who was meeting us and where. We had an excellent driver and guide. The guide gave us lots of information on the city- food, culture, history. It made the ride so enjoyable.

We had a great experience in Peru from the time we were collected at Lima airport to the time we departed Peru. We had many experiences including: city tours, cooking class, 3 days in the Amazon Basin, train trips, boat trips, many walks including the Inca Trail to the Sun Gate and Lake Titicata. The itinerary was created by Contours-travel in Australia and executed by VIPAC. The staff of VIPAC are professionally trained and it shows. We rarely travel like this but so enjoyed being cared for by knowledgeable guides and drivers. We would thoroughly recommend VIPAC to anyone travelling to Peru

I can’t praise the drivers and tour guides , Lila, Daniel, Hector, Roland, Carlos , Louis and forgive me if I missed out on anyone ,enough. They made my very complicated self curated 4 days to Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu safe, enjoyable, efficient and stress free. As a solo traveller, I am well versed with the logistics of trying to purchase tickets, getting to train, bus stations and catching flights, transfers in a foreign language etc… requiring lots of stress and hardwork . So it was so good to have Vicpac do all the thinking for me! I just did what I was told by Lila, got great advice from Daniel on get a walking pole, got some fantastic photos thanks to Hector( he also has a grt sense ofhumour) So impressed by Lila who was such a good communicator plus she got the the airport before I went to check in for me to get my luggage tags and boarding pass, and it was a 7.30 am flight! We had a wonderful experience with Vipac. Luis assisted with the private transfer from Lima Airport to the hotel in Miraflores, and Jose assisted with a group of 12 travelers among us with the early morning ride back to the airport 2 days later. Both were very professional, on time and communicated well on WhatsApp. A special shout out to Jose for working so well with our group of 12, including assisting with check in and luggage tags upon airport arrival. We are truly grateful for the wonderful service.

The driver never show up. I called back to viator from the airport and the operator said that the driver had some unexpected situation. But i never was informed in advance. I am requested the full refund of this booking.

I was expecting jus a lift from the airport - hotel, but Laura was excellent and provided us with information on the area as we drove, as well as recommendations to acclimatise. Everything went smooth - she was waiting with a sign at the airport, and communicated regularly via what’s app. Highly recommended this service!

Lila was amazing. Our travels were complicated by LATAM Airlines terrible operations but Lila was super understanding and friendly about the changes. She was on time with a sign. She also helped LATAM find bags for other passengers as well as us that were lost. I wish we could've spent more time with Lila. 10 stars

Communication leading up to our arrival in Lima was excellent and we were met at the arrival area and lead to the vehicle which comfortably accommodated all 8 of us in our group and brought us to our hotel safely. Carlos, the driver even pointed out some interesting spots along the way.

We arrived 2.5 hours late and Rafael was waiting for us when we finally made it through Immigation and exited the airport at midnight. He was very friendly and gave us a nice local description of Lima while the driver took us to the hotel. This was easy to book online or through a Viator chat. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. In the case that you can not find the driver that is holding the sign with your name you can contact them on Whatsapp 24/7 and they will immediately help you locate your driver!

The pick up was easy, clean car, I would use again. Not sure why it’s extra for an English guide during sign up for an additional fee but not really needed for a taxi service

Was met quickly & ride went well, but trying to download the voucher sent in text didn’t work. I think issue was I needed to have visitor app installed? Driver put his supervisor on phone and it apparently got sorted out.

The driver did not speak English, but he was there waiting with a sign for us even when our plane was 4 hours late. We did have a short walk to the car park, which is a problem if you are disabled more than me, but I was able to make it.

The driver, Orlando, was easy to spot at the airport exit, as he held a sign with our name. Very good driver with a clean, comfortable, modern vehicle. He made the drive super informative and interesting. We are so glad we could leave it to him to negotiate the crazy Lima traffic! Highly recommended, and we would book this service again. Met on time friendly driver - minimal conversation due to my inability to speak Spanish. Crazy traffic said 40 mins took 11/2 hours. Rough roads near airport monster speed humps elsewhere. Always felt safe

This was not a tour but Martine made it one! It was just a pick up from the airport to my hotel. However, Martine was the nicest guy. He was there where he said he would be. He was personable and so knowledgeable. As he drove me to my hotel, he pointed out the different areas and also gave information about the city as well as suggestions on what to do. He was also very informative about Cusco. He made my fist visit to Peru start off perfectly. I highly recommend him!

Vipac was incredibly easy and professional to use! Our driver was standing right outside the terminal with my name on a sign and took us to our Airbnb with no issues. Great driving and appreciated how easy it was after a long flight.

Martín arrived on schedule, was waiting for me with a sign (with my name) right outside customs. He was ready to speak with me either in Spanish or English, but was a good sport and let me practice my Spanish during the drive to the hotel. All in all a simple airport transfer executed perfectly.

The pickup process was easy. Our guide waited right at the exit and he helped us to the van. The drive was smooth and safe. The guide shared some tips and recommendations as well as explained some buildings along the way. We were extremely happy.
