Meet Axel Romero, award-winning Bar Manager of Hotel B, who will guide you on your journey to becoming an expert in the art of mixology. The experience begins with a detailed introduction to liquors, recipes, and preparation techniques, along with sharing some industry secrets. You’ll prepare three cocktails: one with Pisco, one with Gin, and one with Vodka, each paired with delicious tapas that complement the profile of each drink. Each participant will have all the necessary tools and ingredients to enjoy an interactive experience with our bar and kitchen experts, learning how to craft each cocktail.
