The car never arrived. On the phone I was told that the car had broken down and that he would send me an email allowing me to submit my taxi receipt for a refund. I have not received that email. I suspect this is a scam.

Wonderful service. Driver didn’t speak English but that was okay he had a sign with our names when we arrived he promptly took our luggage and carried it to the car for us and took the fastest route to the hotel.

This was a perfect way to begin our trip to Peru! The driver met us at customs, with our name sign, and quickly escorted us out to his very comfortable vehicle. He navigated the terrible Lima traffic with great skill, and got us to our lodging fast. I am so glad I opted for this instead of any ride sharing or simple on-demand ride service. After hours and hours of travel, it was nice to have a little pampering and quiet. Well done!

Excellent communication with WhatsApp. We had to change the pick up time within 48 hours from 8am to 7am to the airport from Miraflores, Lima to airport. My tour manager suggested 4 hours prior flight. I think 3 hours prior to the flight will work. It took us about one hour to the airport. There was heavy traffic at some area of the road. The driver was professional and the SUV was nice. We will use them again.

Highly recommend using this taxi service in Lima! They are very professional, reasonably priced (60-70 soles from Lima Airport to Barranco), they send a picture of the driver and car ahead of time, we’re always 10 minutes early, the taxi cars were clean and the drivers were very friendly! As a female traveling solo I felt safe and really enjoyed using this service twice.

I was asking for a service for me an my family with 9 luggages. It was super easy to book a car that can transport all the luggage and also other family members. The driver helped to put the luggage and at tha airport as well. I can recommend this service.

We used Green Lima Airport Shuttle based on the recommendation of our Airbnb hosts and we could not have been happier! All communication was straight forward, we paid in advance via PayPal. The fair was very reasonable $40 US each way. When you book with Green Lima they immediately send you all of the drivers information. This included the vehicle make model color and plate number as well as the driver's photo and cell number. We used WhatsApp for all of our communication. We had to be picked up at 4am for our return to the airport and our driver was early, ready and waiting for us! Again I would highly recommend Green Taxi / Van Lima!

The transfer service to and from the Jorge Chávez airport in Lima was excellent. Well coordinated from the moment our plane landed in Lima. For the service to the airport, there was also fluid communication and we coordinated the pick-up location and time without problems.
