This 17 hour day tour sounded super intense but ended up being such a wonderful time. Momo and Jaime were prompt with pick ups, professional, and made the trip so much more interactive. We stopped for breakfast and drove 4 hours before arriving in Paracas. We specifically signed up to do the dune buggy tour instead of the boat tour, which ended up being so much fun riding through the desert. We were always able to take breaks throughout the day, too. We drove to Isa for lunch and the pisco tasting which was super yummy and informative. Next was Huacachina and the views were breathtaking. Our driver made sure we had a great time while being safe. Momo and Jaime took care of us on the drive back and we arrived safely with another stop by 11:30. Tips: bring a jacket and long sleeves, swimsuit if you want to swim in Huacachina, sunscreen, glasses, and/or a hat. You can exchange currency once you arrive and they do accept cards some places. All in all, one of the most amazing days! Thanks Momo!!!

Had a great experience doing the Sandboarding and dune buggy!
Context: After seeing lots of seals and being on lots of boats in the Galapagos, we didn't feel we needed to do a boat tour when we went to Paracas. So we did some research and found this trip - where you could do a buggy ride instead! And we really enjoyed this bit! We ended up being the only ones in our minibus to do it, while the rest went on the boat ride. Great parts of the day: - We loved the buggy ride around the Paracas national park, getting to drive the buggy ourselves and stopping at various points to take photos and see the great views. - The sandboarding and dune buggy ride around Huacachina were thrilling and great fun. We also got a beautiful sunset at the end. - We weren't expecting to stop in Ica for a Pisco vineyard tour and tasting as it wasn't mentioned on the Viator page we booked, but we knew it was included in most other tours from Lima to Huacachina. So this was great to try some of the Pisco! The bus was not luxury, with no USB ports or loos which was a bit disappointing given that is advertised on Viator and it makes up a large part of the day. However, we are very positive people and the rest of the day was great, so this didn't ruin the day for us. Book the PeruHop service if you want more luxury buses! The guide was good, responsive and organised. Things were mostly clear and made sure we knew what we were doing when we split apart from the group. We knew the Viator page said entrance fees / taxes included so didn't pay them unlike the rest of the group on their different booking. The guide knew we were on another booking so this didn't seem to be a problem. Note: the Paracas national park buggy ride you have go to on a main road for part of it. There wasn't loads of instruction given / no checks if we had driving licences etc. We were felt safe and had no issues, and know that other countries have less health and safety compared to the UK.

This tour was beyond all of our expectations. The boat ride was very special and we were able to see penguins, sea lions, and many different types of birds. The sand dunes and sand boarding also far exceeded our expectations and sunset over the dunes was the cherry on top. Our guide Rose made the whole trip fun and kept our kids entertained. We will be recommending this tour to all our friends!

This was an amazing experience! My best friend and I booked this very last minute and very glad we chose this one. Rose was both hilarious and super welcoming. She kept everyone entertained and checked in with all of us throughout the tour. The Sand Dunes was the perfect ending, you got to slide down the sand and end by watching the sunset. 10/10 would do it again.
