The tour was very nice, but I was often unclear about the next day's activities. I was always asking the tour guide at the conclusion of each day's tour to show me the me the next day's agenda on their cell phone.

It was a unique experience! The team is spectacular, everything worked with the utmost professionalism. The guides are very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly, always attentive to our needs. The program and the places visited were very interesting and well chosen. I highly recommend this team.
It was an amazing experience with Viajes Pacífico (Vipac), everything went smooth and hassle free. They have a great team! Every one is kind, helpful and accountable. If we had to choose again, we wouldn't think twice, Vipac would be the one :) Thank you, guys, you helped make our trip a very memorable experience!
Overall really good experience - we took first class hotel tour - all hotels picked were good except XIMA hotel room in Miraflores was disappointing- hotel’s standard room assigned through tour wasold and more like tourist class though the deluxe room we booked on our own for a night was very nice. In Cusco would have been nice to have known that we could have asked for option to take the train to Macchu Picchu and stay in town at base of macchu picchu (forget the name of town something clientes?) same day we reached Cusco. hotels in cusco and Lake Titicaca were nice, trip was very well organized, home food was amazing in lake Titicaca and visit to Lake Titicaca was worth even after long bus ride. Restaurants picked for lunches were really good both location and food wise. All guides were knowledgeable and tour was coordinated superbly. Tour operator was very accommodating with all coordination of flight arrival and drop off and all other needs Took one star for hotel room assigned in Xima hotel in Miraflores
Perú is amazing, I love everything about the trip, all the experience was unic. The agency had everything in order so we could just relax and enjoy everything. ♡♡♡
Vipac did an outstanding job of organizing our travels. The guides (Fernando Richard and Jaime) knew their Peruvian history, had great senses of humor and exhibited great patience with us when required (ex: gasping for air or legs screaming)
We would like to thank the whole team for having made our trip to Peru a very beautiful experience. Thanks to the guides, we were able to learn about the history, culture, and traditions of this wonderful country in a very close and interesting way. We would especially like to highlight the work of Juan, a guide with enormous wisdom, passionate about his work, and with a way of conveying his knowledge that makes you enjoy every moment. It was a shame to only spend one day with him, because we would have loved to continue learning from him. We also want to thank the hotel staff for their attention; they were always very helpful, kind, and attentive to ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Finally, we would like to highlight the excellent organization throughout the trip. Everything was perfectly coordinated, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves without any worries. Without a doubt, we recommend this experience 100% and would do it again. Thank you very much for making this trip such a special memory!
Excellent. Wonderful guides and amazing people.
It was a transformative experience and rich in detail. Knowing more about this ancient culture and that remains as resistance to the present day.
Excellent!! Always on the agreed schedule, very professional, trained guides, even excellent photographers!! Very good energy!! Drivers and transportation in combis comfortable and clean! Thanks for everything! An unforgettable journey in which you and the impeccable organization had a lot to do.
The truth that the package made was exceptional, it was quite an experience, I would love to come back, the guides are professional, the hotels. UN GRAN STAFF!
Tours, transfers and hotels, excellent. Only the tour of the archaeological areas around Cuzco (Puca Pucara, Tambomachay) very expensive for what it is.
On the tours we could appreciate beautiful nature landscape, from the archaeological sites, we took many beautiful photos. Always accompanied by great guides.
The only experience that was not good was the journey from ollamtaytambo to cusco, on Friday night, January 24, that the driver drove c dangerous overpasses leaving us very tense, to the point of forcing a overpass the bus to buzz. What we complained he did not like. Upon arrival at the hotel, he dumped our bags on the street and didn’t even say goodbye.
Excellent company very punctual, organized, friendly, pending to you at all times communication by WhatsApp completed itinerary according to a schedule. We recommend them 100%.
The experience with Vipac was really amazing. Everything was well planned. All guides were wonderful. I learned a lot from all of them. They are well prepared in terms of history and the places we visit. They are punctual, friendly, and responsible. Certainly it is a company that I indicate. This trip with VIPAC was very fun.
Wonderful locations. Gentle, friendly people. Careful and competent guides. Excellent hotels. I was very pleased.
Amazing trip. Excellent script. Very kind guides. Punctuals. Wonderful landscapes. Very kind and receptive people.
Everything went perfectly, both in the punctuality of the schedules and in the quality of the guides, our sincere congratulations!
I loved the country! Fantastic landscapes and culturally very rich! The guides quite familiar with the history of your country, very professional and went all very well. One day when I return to Peru, I will choose the same agency. Nothing negative to point to.
Fantastic experience, amazing reviews from the guides, recommendable 100x100, there's time for everything, excel.
“The Peru Rail train to Machu Pichu is usually damaged once a week. Delay the excursion. It does not reprogram the return and visit in the park is very short for your experience.” We could not consume lunch included. The rest of the tour very good.
She highlighted as excellent human capital, coordinator, guides, drivers. Punctuality, dedication of each in their work!
Very good experience. Very happy with the attention, coordination, good treatment, professionalism in their work. It is 100% programmed to enjoy Recommendations The trip to Puno is very nice and many hours journey. It would be interesting to improve the service of the guides, Uros is very cute, Taquile Island is not an experience for everyone, they should indicate that it is a high level trakking, especially for elderly people
We have spent a spectacular few days with excellent daily care. They have been in every detail to make the trip the best. The logistics, coordination, the guides....everything has been impeccable. Thank you so much for all Vipac Travel!
Very well organized. Punctuality in tours, friendliness, much knowledge of very professional guides and dream places
They provided excellent service, both drivers and guides. They were always punctual, the guides were very clear in their explanations and had a good handling of the groups.
Exemplary organization, very professional guides, wonderful places, quality hotels in general and typical varied food
Very nice views, we really liked it and very friendly people, very good food and very welcoming atmosphere all rooms
Note 1000 for every trip! Wonderful agency , excellent guides with a lot of knowledge , cheerful and punctual ! It was an unforgettable experience!
The trip was amazing, each place filled us with excitement and was much cuter than we imagined. The guides on each excursion were very responsible and friendly, they taught us about the culture of the place, while taking care that each visitor is comfortable on the walk.
The trip was amazing. All the staff who presented themselves as part of Vipac were qualified, committed, charismatic and of great human value. The places travelled and the explanation of each Guide were very satisfactory
An incredible experience! All the guides were excellent with high knowledge of Peruvian culture. Peru has many places to visit and I would return with Viajes Pacífico.
Despite being a bit rushed, we really liked the package in general. There was one issue that I believe was the general opinion of the other participants. In a group of like 12 people, there were only 2 who spoke English and this divided the guide's time equally. I think they should separate this type of group.
We visited beautiful places and we felt very accompanied and cared for, the guides, as well as the drivers, gave us affectionate attention, which made us feel at home. The information they gave us helped us learn about the history of the country and feel the "living culture" of the Inca empire, as one of the guides said. They built a period atmosphere behind each excursion that moved us more than once. The capacity for organization and attention to each traveler was noted.
An incredible trip, all of 1 category, getting to know Peruvian traditions, its ancestral culture, modern Lima and colonial Lima, dreamlike landscapes and archaeological remains. The hotels were very good, especially the one in Sacred Valley, which was spectacular (I chose first class hotels). As I already informed my guide, something to improve is the unnecessary early mornings for several days and consequent very long waiting times... I would also have appreciated keeping the same group of tourists for more days, although that is possibly complicated given the extensive offer of travel packages. journey.
Historic, beautiful Machupicchu, but little time to stay there. We didn't see colorful mountains, we bought the package from another company, we didn't see them, rain and snow.
We went to Peru with my mother for a week. We highlight the service of these guides: Carmen (Lima), José (transfer to/from the airport), Abdel (Saqsaywaman), Rubén (Machu Picchu) and Diego (Lake Titicaca and transfer to the airport). From them, excellent attention and explanation. Very friendly too!
Great trip to relax, reviewing the beauty of the country, the customs, the cuisine and the charms of the people who are very welcoming.
Excellent all services. Very punctual in everything, always attentive to the needs of us as tourists, very comfortable hotels, good food, guides with very good experience and a lot of knowledge.
Spectacular settings, a wonderful story, very knowledgeable guides, very friendly people and the unbeatable Vpac staff
It was an unforgettable experience, it gave us the opportunity to get to know places, customs, cultures, gastronomy, music, we value every minute, the organization of your company goes without saying, the guides who are passionate about their work transmitted the information to us, guided us and They made our time pleasant.
Excellent experience, very good service and beautiful places, many congratulations to Dora, our guide in the Humantay Lagoon, and to Marco in Machupicchu, without taking credit away from the others, except for Ismael, the Vinikunka mountain guide, who neglected us the entire tour! Apart from that everything was spectacular Recommendation 10 out of 10
Friendly and very prepared guides. Activities, transfers, itineraries and very good hotel. Punctuality and constant communication.
We found it a wonderful trip. But it is a very beautiful country, we had a lot of variety of climates, wonderful people, spectacular guides. The guides had the time the dedication the patience and respect of each of the places and their teachings.
It was a beautiful trip and that was thanks to vipac that always complied with everything, the guides 10 points, those who took care of the transfers as well, always willing to help and get us doubts. Very punctual and fulfilled everything that was contracted. Highly recommended
I returned from a 19-day trip in Peru. I especially appreciate the excellent attention of all the guides of the agency, especially the friendliness and knowledge of the guide in Cusco, Yashira Redondo, highly recommended, is a sea of knowledge, thanks for the experience.
