Exceptional service, very small crowds, and they handled all of the details for us. We would definitely book with Vipac again.
perfect tour. great English speaking guides with vast knowledge of.history and cilture. a Rep and driver met us on every intetaction point. exceeded expectations!
A very professionally run tour, everything went to plan. All our guides were very experienced and knowledgeable and kept you informed of tour times and information for the following days plans. Definitely 5 stars to our tour guides. You need to be aware that while this tour is exceptional for its locations, it is very busy with some very early starts. If flying home directly from Cusco, we recommend that you take another day to unwind before heading home or moving on to your next location as we didn’t get back to our hotel until after 9 pm after seeing Machu Picchu. We felt that the hotels at Paracas and Sacred Valley were of a high standard. However we feel the hotels at Lima and Cusco were below what we expected. We can definitely recommend this tour.
First off, I want to be very clear that this is the tip of trip that I do not do. Lots of moving pieces, lots of coordination, all having to be completed as planned in order for everything to come off. You ride buses, trains, vans, and have to coordinate an internal flight from Lima to Cusco and back. So, while I loved the itinerary, i was very apprehensive about how it would be executed. Everything would have to go perfectly to make it work....and it did! VIPAC did an extraordinary job putting this all together, even customizing it to add a side trip in Lima. All of their drivers were great, as were the guides. All communications were through WhatsApp, and it worked flawlessly, even notifying me of a potential flight issue due to a planned temporary closure at the Cusco Airport. Expedia never bothered to notify me (the internal flight is your responsibility to schedule) of the resulting schedule change, and I was the one who notified them of the airport closure. The itinerary was great, with historical tours of Lima and Cuzco, a bucket list tour of Machu Picchu and a number of other famous archaeological sites in the Sacred Valley, the Nazca Lines, and a short boat ride to the Ballestas Islands to see sea lions, penguins, etc. If you can work it out, another day in Paracas would be nice, with the Pacific Ocean right there, it was a great interlude between Lima and Cusco. Quick note that the Nazca Lines flight is on a very small (10-12 seater) plane, and half the folks on our flight got air sick, most likely due to the hairpin, banking turns employed by the pilot in order to give both sides of the plane a view of the figures. Not sure if this was done to save time or add to the excitement, but that ratio of poor folks who had to do the walk of shame off of the plane with their little bags of vomit is probably excessive. The seas for the boat ride were modest and nobody got sick on that tour. Besides the great itinerary, there was also plenty of time relax and catch your breath, or fit in some extra stuff on the side. As for physical fitness, I made the questionable choice of engaging in this tour while recovering from a back injury and with a torn meniscus that made taking stairs a bit of an ordeal. And there are a lot of stairs on this tour lol. I survived it no worse for wear, but if stairs are an issue for you keep this in mind. As for the issues with the altitude (a good portion of the trip is at over 12,000 feet, more than twice the elevation of Denver), i took Diamox, my son did not. Neither of us experienced any altitude issues, even though we live and work at close to sea level. On the whole, I am guessing while keeping the aforementioned stair issue in mind, that most folks will physically be able to do this tour without any major issues. The accommodations we had (Sol de Oro Lima, Novotel Cusco, La Hacienda Bahia Paracas, and La Casona de Yucay), were all amazing, with great customer service, outstanding restaurants and very nice rooms. The vans used by VIPAC were all spacious and clean and in good working order. In closing, I am the type of person that takes a year to plan a trip, and am a control freak over every detail--which is why I tend to prefer trips with as few moving parts as possible. But VIPAC did such an outstanding job, handling everything flawlessly, that I without reservation recommend them for anyone looking for a bucket list trip to Peru!
Congratulations to Vipac/Viator!!! We had an amazing 8 days in Peru, touring Cusco, Paracas, Nasca Lines, Sachywoman, & Machu Pichu. Our personal service with driver & tour guide was a Bonus. They were patient with my husband & I, going at our pace. We both have breathing & mobility concerns & we couldn’t have asked for better service. MOST impressed & we will use your company from now on, wherever we travel to!! THANK YOU!!!❤️❤️❤️
We did and saw everything. What made this trip so special was the excellent hotels we stayed in, the way we were taken care of during each step of the process and the superior guides we got. These folks were able to meet us at our level, go far indepth in philosophical, historical and cultural discussions about their country. The pride for the past and hopes for their future was truly inspiring. Based on the tours others have taken, this one was far superior!
This tour with VIPAC Travel was absolutely seamless! There were no issues whatsoever. The itinerary was exceptional, the tours were well organized and very informative, and the drivers were always courteous and on time. I am a solo traveler and appreciated the lovely and safe first-class single rooms at each of the areas I visited. I also appreciated the opportunities this tour offers for free time to explore all of the places I went. This is essentially a private tour where you get to travel alone (or with your private group) from place to place - region to region, but get to take small group tours to individual sites like the visit to Sacsayhuaman, the Inca Shrine Qenqo, and Tambomachay. For people who like traveling alone, this is the perfect kind of tour! It was just perfect!!
Excellent tour and great service from the agency. We were accompanied the whole time and the guides were helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely work with them again.
I appreciate that this tour was very organized. Much of the load in building itineraries and booking places/services was taken off of my shoulders. Although the activities were planned, I was still given free time to do my own exploration. The tour guides/drivers were professional and pleasant to work with; at times, they would even go the extra mile to assist me. I enjoyed visiting all the places (especially those that I have been dreaming of visiting like Machu Picchu and the Nasca Lines) in this itinerary and listening to stories about them. I also had a great time meeting people from all over the world who were part of my daily group tours. Thanks, Viajes Pacifico, for your great service!
I appreciate how organized the 8-day tour that I took was. The tour guides/drivers/hotel personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Much of the load in creating itineraries and booking activities was taken off of my shoulders because of the great service provided by Viajes Pacifico. There were times when the staff even went an extra mile to assist me. Thank you, Vipac!
We loved the logistics, the activities were very well scheduled in each one of the days, always on time and arriving very early in each location to avoid crowded places. I really want to appreciate each one fo the tour guides of Viajes Pacifico Perú, very well prepared, experienced, knowleadgable of the different places visited. Great team in Perú, thank you very much!!
Exceptional treatment and punctuality on the part of the guides. Perfect organization. Although I would recommend that the visit to Lima be shorter and extend it in other places.
The agency is excellent, everything was impeccable, and I especially highlight the professionalism of all the staff.

All your services were excellent!!! The truth is that we are more than satisfied by your professionalism, respect and excellent disposition!!
I booked my trip through the travel agency Colreservas, and VIPAC was the agency in charge of the whole experience in Peru. I can say with certainty that they exceeded my expectations. They are a highly responsible, serious, punctual company with impeccable logistics. Daily, I received updates on transfer schedules, tickets and key details to ensure everything went smoothly. His team is exceptionally friendly, and I want to highlight his guides Aracelli, Gisela, David Luis, Ursula, and especially Vanesa, who led the 7 colors mountain tour with a truly inspiring enthusiasm and love for his work. In addition, their drivers were always punctual and offered all the necessary information to ensure a worry-free ride. The experience was unforgettable, and I do not hesitate to recommend your services. Thank you for such excellent logistics and for making this trip a wonderful experience.

All very well organized and the explanations very complete congratulations, I would have liked you to include humantay lagoon and other museums that have there
An unforgettable experience, hand in hand (literal) with the company. Every place visited, I was accompanied, advised and cared for. The neatness and punctuality of the transports, with their drivers was something very remarkable. They took care of my stay, from minute one, when I arrived in Lima and until I cleared my luggage back. Really a professionalism, dedication and delicacy, makes you recommend and congratulate the whole Company. I would like to highlight in particular the coordination work of Mr. David Alba in Cusco, who was taking me through each activity to be carried out the following day, with schedules, places and recommendations. Also note the work as guides of David Reyes, in Cusco and the gentleman (with all the lyrics), Fidel (unfortunately I do not remember his surname) in Aguas Calientes - Machu Pichu. A professionalism, a warmth, adequate and very clear information. Historical themes that were fun and engaging when I poured them into the eventual group that I had to share, on both rides. Congratulations to both guides. Excellent work. I would love to come back and choose them again, to continue living new experiences. I recommend them 100%, to visit such a nice country and its people. Again congratulations to all the staff, who attended me. To the ladies and gentlemen, who passed me and returned to the hotel (who also dawned together all the walkers of that time), a giant THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Excellent, super punctual, cordial and professional! All new vehicles and very prepared guides, know the destination very well!
