The trip was beautiful . We loved the food tasting experience in Lima and Larco museum. Our guide was very good. In Sacred Valley and Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu and Cusco our guide was Marlene. She not only knew a lot about the culture and she shared it with us and answered all of our many questions, but she also was very kind and flexible with the needs of all of our family, including our grandmother. the climbing at Machu Picchu was a challenge and she helped us with everything taking care of the needs of all of us . if we would ever go back to Peru, we would definitely contact her again.

We had an amazing experience! We enjoyed all of the places we visited in Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, reveling in the history and culture of the Inca. The guides were helpful, polite and full of information. We came away with a greater appreciation for Peru and its people. Lovely, lovely! Our tour of downtown Lima was also an eye-opening experience. This trip was definitely one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
We did a private tour of Peru (Lima, oceans coast and Nasca lines, Cusco, Machu Picchu and sacred valley, and a few days in Amazonia) with my family. The trip was tailored to our wishes and needs and it was absolutely awesome! All the tour organisation was absolutely flawless. All the transfers, guides, hotels were great. Some of experiences, like traditional lunch Pachamanca in Ollataytambo were just magic. The 24/24 support by WhatsApp is also great . We didn’t needed it much, but when we had a question or needed a slight adjustment, it was really quick and easy to get someone to help immediately.
We had a perfect experience. All transports and hotels were of great quality. All service personnel were professional, helpful, friendly and timely. The Inca Trail with Yupi Adventures was incredible. The only item we found lacking quality was the tents but the cook, guide and porters were absolutely the best.
The agency is very profesional and the people is very kind , always giving follow up in all the tours, I recommend 100 % the agency to travel to Peru!
Everything was amazing. We were well informed of all the activities and tour guides. We didn't have to worry once during the whole trip. Such an unbelievable experience. Would do it again in a heart beat.
Having Richard Vargas with us 24/7 was the essential person to the tour. He solved all problems no matter how challenging. He is an asset to your company. Fatima, {in Lima) also was an asset, who made sure that I was transferred to my locations was on time for flights and hotel check in. A traveler needs that confidence to know that the representative was on time and caring since I had a direct flight not with the group. Guides on the local tours were excellent and well informed. The tour would have been more thrilling if there were time to relax at the locations. Without down time, the trip can become a blur no matter how well prepared a traveler is. Juan Ignaccio accommodated my wish for a direct flight from Newark to Lima /Lima to Newark. It was comfortable and no stress. All the other travelers in my group, had a transfer in Miami. Some missed the connection. I know it was cheaper to transfer in Miami, but I would not have gone if I had to transfer. Having Fr. Daniel who is Peruvian provided the spiritual guidance/ mass. You cannot touch the culture without the faith. The most valuable person on the tour, he showed us the love, faith and caring of Peruvian culture - the greatest lesson of traveling.
We are a family of 4, our Peruvian trip was arranged by our travel agent via Viajes Pacifico (VIPAC). From airport pickup to airport drop-off and everything in between, VIPAC had everything arranged perfectly in terms of hotels, tours, guides, meals, advice etc. Included in our package was the Lima city tour, Cusco city tour, Sacred Valley tour, Vistadome to Aguas Caliente and back, Machu Picchu, climb to Huayna Picchu. Everything was on time and arranged perfectly. Guides were knowledgeable and very helpful. Special thanks to Hector our guide in Machu Picchu. Highly recomment VIPAC if you're looking for a one stop shop for your Peruvian travel needs.
Excellent tour guides (Sofia, Hector Morales), coordinator (David), and Driver (Jose). Loved the itinerary. The customer service was amazing!
Incredibly trip! This company provided the best service! Always on time, great organization, perfect timing! The staff and guides were always cordial and very knowledgeable and friendly! I felt very safe in a beautiful country! All the help that I needed was always provided! I love traveling with this company and was 100 percent happy with them! Thanks for your great services !!
The trip was smooth all the way. The tour guide and driver were very enthusiastic and conscientious. The hotel arrangement was very comfortable, and the meals were also hygienic and delicious. The scenery in Peru is very beautiful, and the people are friendly and peaceful. Will recommend to my friends.
The tour was amazing. Places, people and attention from tour guides. To know about incas history its really incredible.
One of my best trips ever ! Nice country and very very nice people. Tours always on time, tour guides and drivers were so kind, informative and happy.
Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable. All of our drivers were timely and excellent. We’ll be back..
Machu Pichu was just the best part, the entire Journey was excelent and well planified by the agency. Cuzco City and Lima are beautiful too
Excellent journey attention and knowledge of the crew cound’ t be better We really spent a wonderful time there Nothing more to say that: congratulations what a wonderful team
This trip was amazing, extremely grateful to VIPAC - Viajes Pacífico and their tour guides (Ursula, Ruben and Hector) were very friendly and their knowledge of Peruvian culture was spectacular, an unforgettable experience I recommend them 100% The whole trip and the activities we did were beautiful. I learned a lot about culture and history is my favorite trip so far.
An unforgettable experience!!! We contacted our friend agency Bleisure in Rafaela, Argentina for a different kind of trip... they suggested the wonders of Peru. At first we were hesitant, but as the days went by we told ourselves that we couldn't have chosen better! The altitude made things a bit complicated in Cusco, but it was 100% worth it. We recommend Vipac for the excellent service, the guides were geniuses, and the transfers were very punctual!
I had a good time with the vipac team, a very good experience, the guides were very attentive to the group and they also keep you informed about the places you are going to, they tell you about their history, their culture, they help you with photos, and the kindness they always have and the patience is something very nice, the only bad thing is the traffic but they were dealing with that, the buses take quite a while to return and that takes away a lot of time to be able to do other activities.
An excellent experience. The plan customized for my group of 10 people was excellent: tours, meals, hotels, etc. The guide Ricardo is a genius! He was in every detail! Very charismatic, and he explained everything to us with an admirable passion for his country! It left me with a great desire to return and learn more about its history. Excellent experience, I wouldn't change a thing !!!
The transfers from airports to hotels, the excursions, the guides who accompany you at every moment, everything is excellent. Always attentive to the tourist's well-being. We visited Lima, Cusco, Aguas Calientes, and Machu Picchu, from July 16 to July 22, 2026. Very satisfied with all the service provided by this tour operator.
Incredible experience that exceeded expectations
1. Bad distribution of the tours throughout the week: they made us wake up very early during the first 5 days. On one of the days, we had to wake up at 5 a.m., as they would pass at the hotel at 5:30 a.m. As a result, we arrived at the destroyed visitor sites. 2. We were left waiting almost 2 days, doing nothing, waiting for the flight back. Even on the day we returned, we were forced to check out at the hotel at 10am, with the flight leaving at 10am. As a result, we spent the whole day waiting at the hotel reception, no bath, no bed and no food. 3. On the day of visiting Machu Pichu we were not warned that lunch was included. When we questioned the company's representative, she insinuated that we were lying, as she said we had been warned by the local guide. We then asked if we could have lunch the other day at the same place. She said no, because they had to pay the restaurant for our absence. Anyway, bad company, who just think of themselves. WE DON'T RECOMMEND!
Guides and translations very good, punctual, super indicative, guide Godyfr who accompanied me in Machu Picchu, was the best
Guides Samuel and John welcomed us very well at the airport, and guides Carlos and Miguel were amazing and super professional. The logistics was impeccable, with new and comfortable vehicles!
Carmen and Angel were our guides and conveyed information with great passion for their country. The hotels were excellent, the transfers, excursions, meals, everything was excellent. Thank you!!!
Always very cordial with the tours and transport, punctuality in commitment and guides with a lot of experience.
Excellent as ever the service and attention of all Vipac staff. Everything flawless
I really liked the service of this company super recommend
We were treated very well by the company’s professionals, from the staff who picked us up at the airport, by the tour guides on the occasion of the city tours, as for the staff who picked us up at the hotel and who drove us to the airport, including, making checks-in and also helping us dispatch the luggage. All very punctual, friendly, polite and with great knowledge within their areas of acting.
It was all very beautiful. The script was incredible and very private, sure this trip marked and the whole team contributed to this happening.
I loved EVERYTHING. The only thing that complicated me was that on the first day we did a tour x Cusco and I should have rested a little more
Team and attention note 10! We love it! We met Machu Picchu, Cusco and Lima with them. Besides all translations to airports.
Excellent organization, places, hotels and spectacular experiences and trained guides of great human quality
Efficiency, speed and friendliness in all transfers and guides. Especially in Angel with whom we share a private tour of sacred valley. On the negative side we highlight John who did not seem close or kind to us even knowing our medical situation.
All highly organized, the day before I sent you what you had, at the moment the Guide that would touch you that day, let's recommend
Our experience was in Cusco, surroundings and Sacred Valley with Machu Picchu. Since arriving in the city, we were very well received by the Vipac team and we received all the details of the tours in the following days. In addition, daily a Cover of the staff sent us a message confirming schedules and translations. Everything was impeccable. Punctual team, highly trained with spectacular guides. I felt they always delivered beyond what was expected. We had a wonderful experience on all the tours and we left the country with the certainty that we will come back to enjoy even more. Certainly, the Vipac team will be our choice.
Stunning country, culture, art, gastronomy and magic. A unique experience, they exceeded all our expectations.
We made a ten-day trip through Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Piccho, all with private tour including transfers buying tickets and tickets and more specialized guides that gave us true history lessons. I highly recommend the agency, we were treated very well, the guides were always very punctual and polite and mostly very clear in their explanations! Also the drivers who served us were very attentive and kind! If I could just give a suggestion it would be for the vans to have water and eventually some snacks, because in some cases we traveled for a long time and as the place is very dry sometimes I got thirsty and even a little hungry!but in general it was very good
Bad experience especially in the hotel on Dorado de cuzco, offered as 4 stars and is only 3, poor service, low quality of rooms and breakfast, poorly trained staff
MA-RA-VI-LHO-SA !! Simply fantastic, amazing, careful, lively, full of detail and harmonious. Fantastic guides and drivers. Super attentive, very cult and loving.
Excellent tourism company. Guided us through Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Lima. All transfers were excellent with attentive guides, good cars, suitable time of ride, comfort and great explanations. Good stops. I felt very well served and confident in the team. I recommend
Thank you very much for the Service attention and punctuality. We especially appreciate the guide of richrdo on the way through the Sacred Valley.
We stayed 8 days in Peru with visits to Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu and I only have compliments to the entire Vipac team. From receptives to guides everything impeccable and extremely careful to the details that make all the difference. Special thanks to my Brazilian travel guide - Samir Serhan of SR Travel that connected us with Vipac and our host Lila in Cusco! You guys are 10!
Wonderful trip and excellent company service. Unforgettable journey I recommend it to anyone who wants truly differentiated treatment.
Great service and everything perfectly organized. Guides Roger and Ursula in Lima, Marcos in Machu Pichu and the great Ruben Darius in Cusco and Sacred Valley were exceptional in knowledge and friendliness. I would also like to thank Mr Ruben as a driver.
The CIA is great, fulfilled plans and schedules on time, gave to understand clearly all the guides, which were great with a lot of history. We thank Samuel - Transfer Airport l, Miguel - City Tour Lima, Lucio - City Tour Cusco, John - Transfer Airport, the guide of Machu Pichu who faced the rain with us, William - Sacred Valley. Thank you for everything! It was super worth it. Brazilians can hire without fear.
They took us by the hand on each tour, at our own pace, without forcing the visits, admiring the best of each place and highlighting the history
They are an excellent travel agency! Very organized, friendly, friendly and clear all doubts that may arise regarding the itinerary and the tours themselves. They are undoubtedly the best agency in Peru. I recommend 100% greetings from Uruguay 🇺🇾
You made the experience unforgettable. The attention of guides, drivers, hotel staff, trains and planes excellent. Special thanks to our guides Hans and wilbert who carry out their work with professionalism and passion.
