Excellent service from start to finish! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Peru and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was well organized, and the overall journey was truly amazing. The company was incredibly helpful throughout , they went above and beyond to assist us with every detail and kept us informed at every step of the way. We always felt supported and well taken care of, which made the entire trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended!

After this, we go on to the Main Square where the Government Palace and the Town Hall are located. We will visit the Cathedral and explore the Santo Domingo Convent, along which corridors San Martin de Porras and San Rosa de Lima used to walk around in 17th century, and where their remains rest today.
Then, we will take a break to enjoy a drink made of Pisco, our flagship liquor, in a traditional tavern in Pueblo Libre to later head to the Park of the Reserve to enter the Magic Water Tour, the newest entertainment icon in the city, comprised of 13 water fountains that provide a mixture of color, illusion and fantasy. Overnight in Lima.
Dinner at Pescados Capitales restaurant. It is a culinary haven celebrated for its seafood excellence. With a lively atmosphere and a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients, this restaurant offers a memorable gastronomic journey, highlighting the bounty of the sea through innovative and delectable dishes.
In the afternoon, visit to the Larco Museum, a place where we will get a clear vision of the different Cultures that existed in Ancient Perú. Expect to be astonished admiring the gold pieces, textiles and erotic pottery which are part of the collection that will introduce us to the cosmovision of the ancient Peru. The warehouse of this museum will be open during our visit so that we can appreciate the expressions of art that were reflected in their pottery. Our next stop will be an old pisco bar, in the district of Pueblo Libre. A chance to taste a Chilcano, a drink prepared with pisco, and enjoy a classic sandwich called butifarra. Afterwards we will visit the Magic Circuit of Water, a park of ornamental fountains that provides a marvelous spectacle of color and fantasy.

Departure to Paracas Bay in the exclusive “Paracas Premium Service”. We will go the airport of Pisco to fly over the Nazca lines, huge drawing that can only be seen from the sky and which represent several insects and animals like a monkey, hummingbird, condor or a spider. The origins are unknown, while many think it is a big astronomic calendar. Return to airport and transfer to your hotel. Free rest of the day to enjoy the hotel facilities and surrounding areas. Here you will be able to observe ancient clay vessels known as piscos and the unique oak press. On our way to this region of vineyards, we will make an incursion in the Ica desert to visit the Huacachina Oasis surrounded by sand dunes and palm trees. You will enjoy Ica gastronomy. Great experience, very punctual great tour guides, especially Romel Ramos and Gonzalo. Highly recommend recommend this company. Best ever!
It was amazing, everything went just perfect! Thank you! It was a very nice experience
true valuable DMC with the BEST tour guides in Peru 🇵🇪 Really appreciated
Excellence all the way. The personel is always on time, very professional and friendly. The tours were amazing I would repeat my experience with VIPAC tomorrow and I highly recommend. Excellent service. Thankyou
Gabriel our guide was amazing. Our stops at Sacred valley Aguas Caliente and Cusco made for an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.
What an awesome experience!!!!!! We have traveled the world, except south America. We can say this trip ranks top 1%. Don't wait.
The content of the trip is outstanding; the Inca information and sites are spectacular. The VIPAC tour guides were outstanding, and we had a personal tour guide for each site we visited. I can't say enough about VIPAC's (the Peru tour company) attention to detail. This is a somewhat physical trip with a very busy schedule complicated by going from sea level to 11,000 feet at Cusco. We struggle with breath and stomach issues the first couple days in Cusco due to the altitude. We did take medicine and wore patches but just be prepared and prepare yourself. The Sacred Valley stops were amazing and of course Machu Picchu is unbelievable. Again, this was all enhanced by our outstanding tour guides. My only one negative comment is that the up front communications could be a little better so that we could have planned our flights and personal activity around the business of the schedule. But VIPAC's use of the "WhatsApp" was very good on a daily basis and that communication was very good. All in all, a great trip and very nice bang for the buck. Hotels were adequate with breakfast each morning and the tour locations and experience was very, very good.
One of the most incredible trips I have ever been on! Peru is an amazing beautiful country with some of the most stunning archeological sites, the most dramatic topography, the most interesting history, all with the kindest most beautiful people and a modern surprising cousine. Love love loved the experience and CAN NOT say enough about Vipac!!! We were 4 women, in a foreign country and NOT ONCE did we EVER worry or have the least concern about where we were, how we were getting to our next location or what we were doing. This is an EXCEPTIONAL agency!! Bravo! You made our trip unforgettable!! Thank you so very much!!! Special shout out to Allyson for our days in Lima. She is beautiful and sweet, energetic and brilliant. Ask for Romel in the Sacred Valley/Cusco...also enthusiastic, so knowledgeable and passionate....Jaime guided us through Macchu Picchu and reveled us with the history of that magical place. All in all, everyone we encountered through Vipac was professional, kind, brilliant and engaging. They all spoke beautiful English so we were able to communicate easily. They all took the time we needed to escort and assist us. We were 4 women, well traveled and able to traverse the complicated terrain of Peru, but three of us were in our 60's, one in her late 50's and ALL of our guides were patient and helpful where we needed it. They checked all of our flight times, had all of our tickets for each encounter and made sure everyone got from point A to point B seamlessly. I have never experienced such individual and special treatment on any tour or any trip. I would ABSOLUTELY and HIGHLY recommend VIPAC throughout any Peruvian trip as well as any South American adventure! It was a trip of a lifetime and Vipac made it one we eill talk about for the rest of our lives!! Thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts! GRACIAS!
My package did not include Nazca: Lima+Arequipa+Titicaca+Cuzco+Macchu Picchu In general the company works well. Most guides were competent and pleasant and transports of good quality. It is a reliable company. My only remarks: - transport from Macchu Picchu back to Cuzco was well below the level of all other transports in quality and comfort. After a long long day, returning in such bad conditions was a test to my resilience. My wife threw up upon arrival and my daughter was extremely tired. - this return did not take into account count we had a smaller kid. Could have warn us to buy food as we arrived after closure time of restaurants. - going to Cuzco airport: company was obsessed with delivering us 3 hours in advance for a domestic flight. Despite requiring 30 minutes more time so we could take a breakfast (especially after arriving the evening before to hotel after closure of restaurants), they were inflexible. Result: we stayed 2 hours in an empty airport waiting for the flight. Same obsession with going to Lima airport: we asked to 2 drives and both told us in taxi we would take max 1 hour from our hotel to Lima airport. Again despite asking for 20-30 minutes more time so we could go to a proper restaurant for our last meal in Peru, inflexible on timing and, again, arrival too much in advance to the airport. I regret I left Peru angry with this company that did not bother listening to a client. So overall, not a bad company but my next trip to Peru will not be with them. I also advised my friends that are planning to go.
Excellent services everywhere !!! The Team is amazing and they are always for you. Perú has a lot of good things and I’m glad that we traveled with Viajes Pacifico as they were taking care of us all the time. The team is so nice , they are always on time and the tours are very well managed.
The trip was great! We were met at the airport, bus stations, trains on time. The meeters, drivers and tour guides were excellent.
From the minute we landed, my wife and I had a fabulous time with your tour company. Greta met us at the airport and made us feel very comfortable. All the hotels were wonderful there was great organization. All of the local guides were excellent . Carolina in Cuzco was fabulous. She always returned calls no matter what time and was always so professional and kind. You don’t pay her enough. Our Best guide locally was Rudy from Machu Picchu. He too should get a raise he was absolutely great. He took his time with my wife and I and gave us the best tour we could possibly have for Machu Picchu. If you get him as your guide you are lucky. If there was a downside it would be that sometimes the days are long. When you have to wake up in the morning at 4 AM for a flight to Cusco, the flight was late we couldn’t check into our hotel. Then we had an afternoon tour that didn’t get back until 6:30 PM and a dinner reservation for 7 PM. It may be wise to shorten days like that. The only other input I can give you is that in Cusco the transfer to the train was late and nobody told us. Usually we have a system in the states where if you were more than 15 minutes late you called the person so they don’t worry it just adds stress where it’s unnecessary. One of our other transfers in Cusco was also late. in the big picture I’d like to thank your company for a wonderful tour. I would recommend your company to anyone especially when you have employees like Greta, Rudy, and especially Carolina.
What an amazing adventure! We had the best guides. Each of them gave us so much information on every place we visited. I would use them again on a future vacation. Thank you for making our vacation extra special.
Wow! Wow! Wow! We highly recommend ViPac's tours of Peru. We were very grateful for ViPac's excellent service at every step of our trip in Peru. From our first pickup when we landed in Lima to our last transfer to the airport 11 days later, ViPac handled everything seamlessly. Every encounter with ViPac was excellent. The guides were always on time to our meetings, were friendly and enthusiastic, and took care of every detail for us. ViPac handled our museum and site admissions, domestic air and train travel, transportation from one point to the next, and served as our guides for sites like Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, Moray, Maras salt mines, several ruins in Cusco, historic Lima, the Larco Museum, and Nazca Lines and Ballestas Islands. The chosen hotels were good and in good locations: in Lima, Casa Andina Standard Benevides was a 5 minute walk to Kennedy Park and a tourist information center; in Paracas, San Agustin Paracas was a 5 minute walk to town and had a beautiful pool and beach view; in Yucay, Sonesta Posadas del Inca was a gorgeous property in a quiet town with mountain views; in Cusco, Casa Andina Standard Cusco Plaza was 5 minutes to the main plaza and 10 minutes to the main market. Breakfast was included at every hotel and most days, our lunch was also included. Peru is known as a foodie destination and we can confirm that we had some wonderful meals. When meals weren't included, our local ViPac guides were able to direct us to amazing restaurants. We'd like to specifically recognize these guides for their stellar service: Ricardo. We had a Lima city tour and Larco Museum tour with Ricardo and wished we could have had more time with him. He was very well educated about Peru, and his English was excellent. He told us about Lima and Peru history and culture and was clearly very interested in the subject and in making sure we had a great time. If you get Ricardo as a guide, you are lucky! Rivelino. His explanation of the making and use of Ollantaytambo was excellent and made it very enjoyable. Also was an informative guide for Maras, Moray, Pisac, weaving and camelid museum. Araceli. Gave an excellent tour of Cusco. She gave the tour in two languages and always made sure we were included and that we understood her explanation of the ruins and the cathedral. Fatama. Fatama handled our transfer to the airport for our flight to Cusco. Rather than just dropping us at the airport like we expected, she went inside with us and helped us get checked in for our flight. She also provided great advice for adjusting to the higher altitudes. Paul. Paul knew his way around Machu Picchu and took numerous pictures of us there without being asked. Caesar. Caesar went out of his way to walk us to the bank and help us handle a currency issue we were having. Guide who met us at the train station in Aquas Calientes - we didn't catch his name - went out of his way to show us where our hotel was.
The guide Jorge Ronald Gibaja was amazing..! He has guided us through all machu picchu ancient City and explained us all the history about this wonderful place. I do reccomend to book his Services on the viajespacifico office.
We had a really wonderful and amazing trip! The tour was impressive, well organized. The guides Varvara and Sergio, Russian speaking, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. New transport, always on time, interesting tours. Definitely recommended.
Great experience, always on time. A lot of communication between the agency and us. Great explanation and good communication.
Via Pac was a wonderful group of people who love their location and have passion for sharing it with others who come to explore new places. Luis in Cusco and Ronald, in Machu Picchu, Fatima in Lima and Luis in Lima were amazing tour guides. Clara in sacred valley was excellent as well.
The service was incredible. We were taken everywhere, explained every single step. When my brother fell ill, the guides paid careful attention to him offering an ambulance if needed. The guides were also very knowledgeable. All the hotels were were in great spots. Our chofers were incredible drivers. Everyone was very attentive to each of our needs. I don't know the names of everyone that aided us during our trip but they were all great. I can't stress enough how good this company is. They really think of the last detail of what you may need and provide all the help you need. Thank you for making my brother and my trip run with such ease!
Viajes pacífico gave us a great experience in Peru, with an outstanding service and a staff with a great knowledge of Peru and its history. I will definitely recommend the company to my familand friends
Viage Pacifico - Greyline provided us with impeccable and fantastic support during our visit to Peru. Whether it was Franco who was always punctual and picked up / dropped us to Lima Airport multiple t8mes, Gabriela, Paul, Victor and the other guides in Cusco amd Sacred Valley, they were knowledgeable, friendly, highly supportive and helpful. Our Peru visit experience was highly enhanced and we left Peru with a good glimpse of their wonderful history, culture, gastronomy and a desire to come back and explore more, thanks to the wonderful team of ViPac.
A very well-organized travel, a great company with meticulous organization, continuously caring their guests and planning everything in advance with all the details. Good and excellent professionals, with a deep knowledge on the places and matters they treat, the guides in this company are really helpful and empathic. Machu Pichu and its sorroundings are amazing!
Excellence service, punctuallity, great sense of urgency. Just we arrived to the airport, they were already waiting to transfer from airport to Hotel. They verified with us our trip Itinerary and advise every day at what time will make pickups forbthe different excursions. All tourist guides are well prepared and organized. They are bilinguals too. We enjoyed a lot our trip! Thanks Vipac for being our tourist guides and made our stay and trip at Peru be the best of the best! We visited Lima, Paracas-Islas Ballestas, lines of Nazca, Machu Picchu, Montaña de 7 Colores (Vinicunca), Lago Titicaca, Isla Taquile, Isla de los Uros, Puno.
It was really great experience! I’m extremely satisfied with this company! Well organized tour, qualified and punctual guides, comfortable transportation! I highly recommend Viajes Pacifico for your next adventure in Peru!
Everything excellent. The guide Lizandro provided excellent service.
The truth is that, beyond the incredible places we visited, traveling through Lima and Cusco and seeing Machu Picchu was an experience difficult to describe with words. These are the kinds of things you have to experience to understand! But I mainly want to highlight the service, which for me was the most important thing during these days. The organization with which they work is a success, and not to mention the human quality of the people who accompanied us. We had Ricardo, and the truth is that he is an excellent person. You can tell all the experience he has, but above all, you can tell that he does his job with passion and love. Everything was a success! We took away incredible memories and a beautiful experience.
beautiful experience and the service of the guides is very complete
Unique. Very satisfied with the services provided. Very well qualified and trained team to improve our experience. Congratulations to the whole team.
Peru is an incredible place, its culture, its friendly people, quality, and its exquisite food. We were happy to have visited this wonderful country.. thank you!! To you for the impeccable service that this staff has
The guides were excellent, very professional, empathetic, and pleasant. They made the experience wonderful.
The tour went exactly as booked. It is the first time they accompanied us until we boarded the plane and we always had contact with each guide/transport in the area. To this tour we added Huacachina.. something very nice to visit. All the guides are very well trained and were very kind. I also highlight Rivelino, the guide who conveyed the history of the place very well.
Excellent organization, we felt taken care of the whole time, I highlight the kindness and very good willingness of the guides. Thank you very much.
All perfect! They picked us up at the agreed time, the guides are excellent, all very polite, attentive. All drivers too. Not a single thing to complain about.
Incredible work and coordination of schedules. High-level management of time and the group. They make Peru even more beautiful
Well-prepared excursions, always on time and with recent and safe vehicles. Only once we had a problem with a conductor that had dangerous conduction. At the same height and on route, I contacted the main guide in Lima who contacted the agency that called the driver. From then on, we had a smooth ride. Also indicate that the schedules are sometimes challenging or complicated, for example: we arrived at the hotel in Cusco at 9:30 PM, without dinner, to then leave for Vinicunca at 4 AM. We took excursions with 3 agencies in Peru (different routes) and Vipac was by far the best.
Exceptional guide, wisdom, respect for others, care, clarity, punctuality
All wonderful, thank you very much in
The experience was magnificent, guides, destinations, food, etc. However, the logistics were bad on the last day: that day the tour to the Ballestas Islands ended at 10:00 am and the pickup time was not until 3:20 pm. The transfer to Lima took us more than 5:00 hours, so we lost time to carry out other activities in that city. I recommend that you review that point.
It has been a spectacular trip. The treatment from the guides and drivers is unbeatable; they are very kind and are very attentive with gastronomic advice, altitude sickness, or what to visit. It is a great plus to book the experience with the trips and transfers all-inclusive, since otherwise it is very difficult to manage on your own. Depending on the visit, you might end up in a group with a different number of people. We were lucky to go to Machu Picchu very early and with a guide for the two of us. Highly recommended
Exceptional, the organization, the logistics, the punctuality, the attention, the service, everything incredible, one of my best experiences, thank you very much to everyone who participated in this wonderful experience
Excellent attention and service. They notified us every day of the next day's itinerary, pickup time, and the person in charge. They gave recommendations and were always very punctual. For the two days that we had meals included, I would look after the quality of the food; the buffet was very mediocre. But overall, the experience was very good. Congratulations on the impeccable scheduling.
We were totally satisfied with the service, everything was always explained in detail, airport pickups on time, very good quality hotels and the guides were very trained and attentive personnel, they transmit the love for their country, simply excellent.
Everything was excellent, your country, your people, your food
Excellent service; the guides are very knowledgeable and punctual.
The travel proposal includes a beautiful route, a variety of landscapes, places, and experiences that help to understand the idiosyncrasy of this beautiful country, Peru. But it is also important to keep in mind that a certain level of exertion is required due to the lack of oxygen at high altitudes.
The trip was excellent, the guides were excellent, and the country was excellent. Be careful with altitude sickness.
It was a perfect experience! Very organized. They took great care of me. The kindness was always present.
Excellent experience with our guide Ronald Gibaja, very pleasant and an excellent person
Ronaldo Gibaja, agency Vipac, very attentive, patient and demonstrates knowing a lot about the region
