Extremely disappointing experience – I would not recommend this hotel. Our stay started with frustration before we even arrived. The hotel is located on airport property, but not at the main international or domestic terminals. Regular taxis are not permitted to access the hotel because the entrance is restricted, leaving guests almost entirely dependent on the hotel’s shuttle service. To make matters worse, there are two hotels with almost identical names, and the location shown on Google Maps and Booking.com is misleading. As a result, we wasted a significant amount of time trying to find the correct hotel. Although the hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, that was far from our experience. We were charged an additional $40 for our small dog, which already felt excessive. Even more surprising, despite registering our dog through Booking.com in advance, the front desk had no record of it upon arrival. Throughout our stay, the staff appeared poorly informed, disorganized, and generally uninterested in helping. Friendly and professional customer service was clearly lacking. The spa facilities were equally disappointing. The hot tub was only lukewarm instead of properly heated, and the entire spa area looked worn out and poorly maintained. It certainly wasn’t the relaxing experience we had expected. Considering the price, the overall value is simply unacceptable. The difficult access, confusing location information, poor organization, lack of communication, unfriendly staff, and substandard spa facilities made this one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the best hotel to stay if you have a late arrival or need to sleep over between transfer. Do not confuse this place with the one situated at right outside the airport. Thats the more premium version. This hotel is a sister branch and they pick you up outside the aiport from a booth and it take 30 mins to get to the hotel. The staff, the room, the restaurant is world class. The spa is free to use and it is perfect!

As others have said, this is the old Costa del Sol next to the old terminal. It's a perfectly fine place to crash for a night after a long day of travel. The free shuttle departs from LIM every 30 minutes right outside door 3 on the middle island. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Showers are hot. I had a late night snack from the on-site restaurant to go with my free pisco sour. Would I spend a vacation here? No. But it was a great place to recharge before flying on to my next stop the following day.

Recommended for short layovers on your way to Cusco. The staff were sweet and friendly. The breakfast was good, there was plenty of options from eggs, waffles, pancakes, breads, sweets and meats. The shower had a bit of drainage issues but overall the room was spacious and clean. There is a 24/7 shuttle that made my stay even better, I was about to get to and from the airport in ease
