First day I arrived I was spoken to rudely by the female concierge. She was not nice or accommodating about a breakfast charge. At the end of my stay the issue was resolved, but I wish I had been told it was resolved on day one instead of at checkout. It left a bad taste but told myself to let it go. On my last day I called 10 minutes before late checkout to say I was running 20 to 30 minutes late. The male concierge was again gave me a not accommodating response, though he did give me the 30 minutes. They did accommodate my requests, but in an unpleasant manner. Once again leaving a bad taste at the end of my stay. A big shout out to the housekeeping staff. My room was impeccable every day, they were very pleasant and always asked if I needed anything else. They were the true five star treatment. Compare to other 5 star hotels in Lima I def didn’t get the 5 star treatment. Please retrain the concierge team they are lowering your ratings. Hilton and Belmont are my favs so far

The hotel was absolutely terrible. The hospitality and customer service were extremely disappointing, and the staff clearly did not know how to properly treat guests. We were almost escorted by security to our room because the hotel failed to inform us that everyone staying in the room needed to be registered. They already knew the reservation was for two people, yet only realized days later and tried to blame the guests for their own mistake. On top of that, the staff — including the supervisor, who never even introduced herself — had a very arrogant attitude and tried to shift responsibility onto us instead of handling the situation professionally. During check-out, the receptionist even told a coworker right in front of us, “they are the problem guests.” What kind of 5-star service is that? I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please consider staying somewhere else because this place leaves a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the breakfast area was repeatedly reserved for private events, and hotel guests were sent to the restaurant area instead with limited time to eat breakfast — despite the fact that paying guests should have priority over events that lasted for days. Overall, a terrible experience from beginning to end.
While this hotel has a stunning exterior and lovely architecture, the experience inside was a major disappointment. The rooms are extremely outdated, and our bathroom had a persistent mildew smell — as if it had been mopped with a sour mop. The staff were unfriendly and, at times, downright snobby. No one greeted us when we drove up, and the front desk was neither welcoming nor helpful. When I noticed there was no tea or creamer at the in-room coffee station and asked for some, the clerk refused to assist and told me to order from room service. At checkout, no one asked how my stay was — it was clear she simply didn’t care. Staff frequently corrected guests in an abrupt manner. For example, when I tried to take a photo of the pool and pushed open the patio door, I was immediately yelled at to walk through the building instead — even though I was fully dressed, not in a swimsuit. All in all, beautiful structure, but the lack of warmth and hospitality makes this hotel feel unwelcoming from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here.
I stayed here on February 18th and have very mixed feelings. On the positive side, the front desk staff are world-class. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags securely before check-in. By the time we returned for our keys, our luggage had already been delivered to our room - a seamless experience. The lobby is stunning and classic with beautiful high-gloss woodwork. However, once you leave the lobby, the hotel feels quite dated. While it’s been "spruced up," the rooms and hallways still feel stuck in the '70s or '80s. Unless you are here for a specific business meeting in San Isidro, there isn't much to see in the immediate area. I believe there is better value to be found elsewhere in Lima.
Wow, this place was much needed and appreciated after Hiking in Cusco. We were thoroughly pleased with the hotel. The linens were soft, the bed was comfy cozy. The room was clean and spacious, we had everthing we needed to shower. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch, adding to that elite level of relaxation. We arrived late the first night and needed rest; we ordered room service and we were not dissapointed. I mean even the fries were crispy on arrival-fries usually do not travel well (but they figured it out). The chicken milenesa was delicous, a generous portion, plus a nice side salad. The caprese salad was delightful and the wine was bold and elegant as I like it. Service was excellent, everyone greets you and is more than helpful. Breakfast buffet was an impressive spread, the best fresh orange juice. New Years Day Turkey at the breakfast buffet was the best that I have ever tasted. The pool, gym, steam room/sauna were a really nice addition to our stay. Make sure to carve a little time out to take care of yourself. The Hotel was about a 30-45 minute ride to the airport depending on traffic. There is a lot within walking distance, though we ubered to most locations nearby. There are a lot of shops on Av. Los Conquistadores a less than 10 minute walk from the hotel. We would recommend staying here and we would stay agai
