This is a wonderful hotel and the Ortega and Huaman was a wonderful place for breakfast. The ambiance is beautiful and Guillermo was able to help with our dietary restrictions (and ensured our food for our needs even without us asking). highly recommend!
Fantastic Stay at SOUMA Lima! We had an amazing stay at SOUMA in Miraflores, Lima! The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of delicious and fresh options to start the day. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms are modern, stylish, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The hotel also offers fantastic restaurant options with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Another highlight is the awesome gym, which is exceptionally well-equipped for a hotel and perfect for anyone who enjoys working out while traveling. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a great location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
I did a 5 night stay at Souma, beautiful property with a lovely rooftop bar, restaurant and lobby restaurant. The best part of my stay was hands down Silvana and Andre at the Ortega. They were both very attentive when I walked by, shared recommendations, stories and good vibes. I enjoyed seeing them during my stay and very grateful I got to meet them. We enjoyed the hotel immensely. The rooftop is so beautiful with the view of the sea and parasailers. We really appreciated the bartender Pedro and bar supervisor Martin at 27 tapas on the rooftop. The pool was enjoyable in the unseasonably warm weather. Kimo on the 17th floor was a unique culinary experience, even for an adventurous eater! Kevin’s pisco experience was a highlight - don’t miss it! The rooms are so relaxing and spacious, with nice rain showers. Couldn’t have picked a better spot to get comfortable to explore Lima, Peru. Service is top notch all around. They held our bags while we traveled to Cusco and the Sacred Valley, which we appreciated. Also thankful for the unlimited purified water available. Finally, don’t skip the breakfast buffet, which is delicious and healthy to boot.
We had such a wonderful breakfast! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What really made our experience special was the fantastic service from Karen. She was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Karen, for making our breakfast such a great experience!
