Blown away by the hospitality in this hotel. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make for an unforgettable experience. Special shout out to Francisco in the front who got us masseuse to our rooms on the fly and had bfast boxes ready for us when we were on the move. Hans and Ronald are fabulous behind the bar. They had my michelada mix ready for me daily. The daily room service was impeccable and the showers were so big with very hot water. I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel has the best service I have seen in a long time. All staff, no matter the role, were always friendly and prompt. The restaurant had a fantastic lunch. The rooms and common areas were perfectly clean. At reception they had water, tea and cookies. The hotel is located on front of a beautiful park where all trees are olive trees. They are centenary and wonderful! The neighborhood is upscale residential but still has a bit of shops and restaurants. It’s a small walk to great local restaurants.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Sonesta Olivar. The hotel is super quiet and away from the crazy noise of the city. The rooms were so spacious with 2 queen beds and plenty of room between the beds and the counter. I have to give a special thanks to the receptionist, room service and restaurant staff for their outstanding hospitality. Will definitely come back. The breakfast is delicious! 24 hr room service with kid friendly meals! Not to mention that we got treats everyday delivered to our room!

The location is great, for being in a more developed district in Lima I would have expected updated rooms, though I had a private spa tub and sauna, those were the highlight. They allowed me to check in early, but wasn’t easy. Overall service staff tries its best. Rooms were clean, & spacious. Walls were thin and lots of environmental noise could be heard. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not amazing. Really busy atmosphere here. It’s a good value if you don’t mind the 1990s decor.
