Don’t charge foreigners a 7% surcharge from the advertised rates in Booking.com. I have visited 50+ countries and Peru hotels are the only ones that don’t honor the advertised rates. Very dishonest! Also, low quality breakfast food.
The front desk staff were so nice and accommodating to us. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very well presented. Our room was also very clean. We would come back.
Really lovely hotel in a great location. Only down side being that i injured myself and the restaurant/bar is only accessible by stairs!
I usually never share my experience about the stays in hotels, but this time I feel like it would be important to do so. I did stay at the hotel partially because the breakfast was included. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing, when I got there and there was pretty much nothing left, and whatever food that was brought out was gone in seconds. Very disappointing…. I did make a reservation through booking and the price reflected there is in USD. When I got to the hotel, the staff advised that payment is to be completed in local currency, which is totally fare. The thing that disappointed me the most was the exchange rate that the hotel was using, as you can imagine it was not in costumer’s favor at all by a long shot! In addition to everything front desk workers very incredibly slow… Other than that hotel lived up to my expectations!
We had to leave at 4am for our flight. The front desk staff went above and beyond by having a box breakfast and coffee ready for us to take on our long trip home. They also scheduled our Taxi to the airport and provided a wake-up call.
