Radisson Hotel Decapolis Miraflores

The hotel was very nice overall. The AC didn't work well in our room, which was disappointing. Nice location and good place to stay if going to Miraflores. However... I wouldn't recommend booking private transport from the airport through this hotel. The driver they sent tried to cross a large median on the highway (to avoid traffic) and got the car stuck. We waited for over an hour after a long travel day while he tried to get it unstuck. The hotel staff weren't helpful over the phone and told us we were stuck because traffic was really bad. We were in an unfamiliar country, it was dark out, and our cellular data wasn't working well from our location, so we were at the mercy of this driver. He ignored our pleas for him to call us a new driver and kept leaving us alone in the car on the side of the highway. This was all until some locals pulled over and helped him get the car out of the median.

Never staying at this hotel again. The rooms have a terrible humidity and mildew smell. It smells like a constant pile of wet, dirty clothes that has been sitting for days. I complained and asked to be moved to another room. The staff upgraded me to a suite and they very polite and apologetic , but unfortunately the suite had the exact same foul odor. The smell was so strong that it made the stay very unpleasant and I had to change to a nearby hotel . For a Radisson that claims to be a four star hotel, I expected a clean, fresh room, not one that smelled damp and musty. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights in Lima, on our arrival and our departure date. We enjoyed the hotel a lot and the staff were really attentive. Our friend sent us a gift before our arrival as we came after we recently were engaged. The hotel was gracious enough to put the gift in our room before our arrival. In addition to that. The hotel left us lovely notes during our stay! The staff were attentive, kind, and accomodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Miraflores. The location is also excellent as well. Breakfast was good too!

The hotel was clean, we had Suites that weren't fancy but larger and spacious. It is walking distance to Larcomar, the beach, and Miraflores shops. The only real complaint is that the AC didnt work well. My family had a hard time getting a great night's sleep as a result. On the day before check out, the management slid a note beneath the door that said they had a maintenance crew coming to work on the AC and it would be interrupted. Unfortunately, for us, it was going to be just a little too late. Breakfast was nice. It is a smaller buffet with a menu of made to order items (maybe 15) such as pancakes, omelets, avocado toast, and a few traditional Peruvian items. The roof top pool and bar are lovely. Our boys, 16 and 13, loved it. We went twice during our visit and only saw one other family use it, so definitely not overcrowded. The bar team made perfect craft cocktails. Their Pisco Sours didn't disappoint!
